Yesterday I went to dinner with my son, we were next in line and we were the last to order, when our turn came the girl went into the kitchen, we waited for about 10 to 15 minutes and I thought, maybe she went to the bathroom, when she came back she was coming with many bags of bread to refill the shelf and I thought she was going to serve us but no, she came back again and just said "I'll be right back" we continued waiting and when she came back again she answered the phone, she attended to another woman who was going to take an order, she continued serving her juices and we were there waiting in front of her. I think that if we had been the only ones in line she could have taken our order and then refilled it and she shouldn't have left us waiting there for more than 20 minutes, I have been a customer for more than 10 years and that has never happened, in the end we decided to go eat somewhere else. I hope she herself reads this and takes it as constructive criticism. This hurts the business because it makes people not want to come back. This business creates jobs for them and they earn a living from what customers eat and the tips we leave. This was yesterday, March 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm.

I visited this restaurant many times only for the pupusas and the semitas they sell, but otherwise the food is terrible, the slices are served thick and raw, I asked the girl in the kitchen if I could cut the slices thinner and her answer was! We don't have a machine, I think that if they hire ignorant people without knowing how to deal with the client That business will gradually lose customers, I don't recommend it, there are other places like Tradition Catracho where the food is very delicious.

I'm not one to give bad reviews but this one deserves it! The first thing I lost was my order without beans and the first thing they did was put beans in my order! To all of these, the girl gives me attitude! The second thing is that as a costumer service, after having made a mistake in my order, at least they have the decency to treat their costumers well! They told me it takes 15 minutes and my order took 20 minutes to give it to me wrong! I don't recommend it just for the service.
