The food at this restaurant is excellent and has remained consistently great, which I truly appreciate. However, the area that needs significant improvement is customer service.
As a advocate for professional etiquette and customer service, I believe greeting customers promptly, being approachable, and answering questions without an attitude are essential for any successful business. Unfortunately, I experienced long waits without being acknowledged, which takes away from the overall dining experience.
It’s disappointing to see that good customer service is often overlooked, especially when the potential is clearly here. Other reviews mention smiles and friendliness, which shows it can be done—it just needs to be consistent. In hospitality, you never know who you are serving, so professionalism and courtesy should always be a priority.

Looks can be deceiving. I was referred to this place by a good friend. The food can take a little long to come out depending on what you order but just know that it is fire and worth the wait. I usually get the Fried Snapper Breakfast with the eggs + cheesy grits. The food is well seasoned. It hits every time.

THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. I ORANGE JUICE TASTED CONCENTRATED. I RETURNED IT AND OPTED FOR WATER. YOU WAIT TOO LONG YOUR FOOD. I ORDERED PAN SAUSAGE AND PANKCAKES. WHEN THE ORDER CAME, I ASKED WHATS THAT ON TOP OF THE PANCAKES SHE SAID BUTTER AND POWERED SUGAR. YOU SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF HAVING THINGS ON YOUR FOOD. THEN ASKED DO YOU HAVE SUGAR FREE SYRUP, NO WE DON'T HAVE THAT. I SAID OK.

Typical black owned restaurant with servers with attitudes, First and last time ever spending my hard earned money there.
Service sucks the employees all have attitudes! You can be standing there for 15 min won’t nobody say anything to you! Food is good but the service is awful they for sure need to hire some people that likes there job instead of people who hates being there! Just my observation and I’ve came here several times cause I like the food, but the service is a whole bunch of attitude and smart responses. Hopefully they will get some better service cause there food is ok!

I give them two stars review because I always come here and this morning I came from work to get breakfast from my fav spot and yall messed my whole order up I paid for extra cheese ain’t get it yall gave me a kids meal portion of food and then on top of that whoever cooking must been lazy and just gave me a plate of veggies on top of the scoop of meat I order (corn beef hash) !! Yall need to wake the cooks up or get better one I don’t know if it’s a food shortage a low count low or what but yall do better!!
