I went there for my daughter‘s 16th birthday last night and had two different reservations. We sat down at 6:30, at 7 PM. The power went out (not their issue a city issue) however nothing was communicated to us until 7:30 PM when I asked about my drink coming from the bar. The waiter said we’re not serving drinks! Then send the manager over to tell us that the kitchen and the restaurant is closing. Then they came over with a bill for the two appetizers. We ordered and charged us and kicked us out.

Our first time here at Pastis Miami. It was wonderful. A charming French bistro. We started with the onion soup, which was excellent, as was expected. I had the croque monsieur, which was toasted beautifully and had that cheesy and buttery flavor. Wow. Excellent! We will return.

I’m returning to this place for the second time to give it another chance. I’m particularly drawn to the burgers and the great company. The service was impeccable, smooth and elegant.
I also tried the steak tartar, which was good. However, I wanted to try something different, so I ordered the steak tartar.

Somehow we always end up at Pastis Miami when were are in Wynwood. A charming environment with European flair - outdoor bar and patio are as lovely as the indoor areas. It's a perfect spot for a cocktail and a small bite before wandering around in Wynwood to see all the street art.

Didn’t have the time to make this review but I went to this place on December. After some recommendations from friends I decided to book a table on this place for my birthday. It was for 4 people. 2 of us showed up 5 min before the reservation time and the hostess said that we had to wait for the other 2 person in order to give us the table so we sat at the bar. The bar staff were amazing and fun. My other 2 friends informed me that they had an unexpected emergency therefore they are going to be 1 hour late. I informed that to the hostess and she gave us the table. The server comes and brings the water and we said we wanted to order one appetizer. He said “no till the rest of the table is here” and we explained the situation and he just turned around not even saying a word and left the table. After 10 min he came back and threw the plate of the appetizer on the table not even saying anything again. My friends arrived, we made the whole order, we ate. The whole night with that cold attitude from the server. At the end I ordered a dessert and forgot to tell him to bring it with a candle. After literally 2 minutes when he is back from sending the order I kindly asked if he could put a candle on the dessert cause it was my birthday and he literally said “idk if that’s possible. It’s too late cause I sent the order already and it’s probably ready”. I don’t really understand how hard is to put a candle on a dessert but ok. He came with the dessert with the candle. At the end when we asked for the bill he put the drinks we already paid at the bar at the beginning while waiting and when we told him he said “Well I think you ordered more drinks” and we literally said “no, we didn’t. You can check the cameras”. The food was ok but the whole experience was destroyed by this server. I might go again to this place but if this guy is my server again I’d rather leave.

I had heard a lot about this restaurant, but my visit was very disappointing. First of all, the service was poor. When I asked about a menu item, the response was basically “it’s what you see,” which wasn’t helpful at all. No utensils were brought with the oysters, and when we tried to get the server’s attention, he kept looking around instead of responding. The onion soup was overly salty, and considering the prices, the experience was definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back.
My go to Miami restaurant. Super consistent, great food, great service.

Loved the food. Great service too. Try the artichokes. Yummy.
Came for Brunch! Really good and fresh food, however, in our eggs there was some weird black thing but we sent it back and they replaced it right away. Very good food and don't miss out on the Sticky TOffee Pudding!

We booked a table on the terrace for two in advance, one day in advance. It was my wife's birthday, and we wanted to drink champagne outdoors. But we were told that there were no places. 80% of the tables on the veranda were empty, and there was no one inside at all. This was said with a very contemptuous look, which made us feel very uncomfortable and ruined our whole birthday. Train your staff in basic hospitality skills. I hope that everything will come back to you.
I always have a good time eating at Pastis. The scallops and escargot are my favorites.

Our bartender added 20% on his own to our tab and told us as a joke and I didn’t mind cause it’s Christmas and he was nice and I would have tipped 20% anyways. $63 is not a 20% tip on $40, he added whatever he wanted and I trusted him and tapped my card. Rude. Will not be having him serve me again.
