If you want to escape to the French countryside in Miami, Pastis is the place where you would go. Sometimes the NYC transplants aren’t as good but this one is equal to the one in New York. I love iced tea and they make a mean Arnold Palmer! It was absolutely a thirst quencher on this hot May Day. The one thing that stuck out here were the RAW OYSTERS-pure perfection! I was not crazy about the mignonette sauce. It was too tarty but the old fashion cocktail sauce was spot on....
