Pastis is truly one of my favorite French restaurants in Miami! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We ordered escargots, onion soup, and duck, and every dish was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Fist time at any of the three Pastis by Starr. Like always a great place. Awesome ambiance. The food so good. The French onion soup, phenomenal. Escargot nice and garlicky, buttery, tender. The omelette was on point, nice cheesy, and fluffy. The best salad was a great addition to the brunch. A great addition to Midtown, Miami.
Fantastic French restaurant in Wynwood, Miami. It had been highly recommended to me by some hard core foodie friends of mine, and went recently to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was a hit! Every dish was delicious, the flavors delicate yet so tasty, everything cooked just right. I ordered the Chicken Paillard and it was perfectly done, so exquisite. We also ordered the Tuna carpaccio and… Oh, my! My friends ordered Escargot and loved it. The steak and frittes was perfection....
