I would recommend avoid this restaurant. There is another Patacon Pisao in Doral that is worth the money you spend here (around 90 dollars per 2 people) you expect the same service, food quality and menu content. That was the first downfall. They do not offer the same drunks, the drunks were taste empty cover with excess of sugar. The rice was not well cooked. The meat for the Bandeja Paisa was disgusting. I was in my way to Patacon Pisao in Doral and this branch appear on the map, so we decided to try this local since was closer. That was a mistake that will not regret enough. I asked them to change the meat to something closer to what I tried in Patacon Pusao Doral, and they charged me 12 dollars extra. I waited long for the food and then longer for the replacement, so went I finally was able to eat, I wasn't hungry anymore. The experience was so unpleasant, that I don't want to even go to the good Patacon Pisao in Doral, as it would remind me the one in Kendall.

I arrived at 11am and waited until 12 for them to open with illusions because of the Tiktok videos and when I arrived I was not well received, I left and they still do not try to ask the reason for my departure and they give me looks of not caring that I am leaving without ordering anything because They attended to the people who were behind me, what a shame😞
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received. My order, which I had expected to be delivered promptly, took an unacceptable 3 hours and 30 minutes to arrive

I placed an order on their website and waited over two hours for the delivery. When I called to check, I was informed there was an issue with their website, and they assured me the order would be started immediately. Unfortunately, after waiting for another hour, I called back, only to find out the food still wasn’t ready. This experience was highly disappointing.

Ajiaco soup is $18 and you get an ounce of shredded chicken a 2 inch corn and two tiny gold potatoes about an inch to 2 inches each. All broth with dairy cream. That's highway robbery. I would write this review cursing in Spanish on how cheap or maybe lazy this establishment is. Makes me embarrassed to know they're from my country. Not going back.

The food is spectacular but the service is terrible! Fill yourself with patience when you come. If it weren't for the poor service this restaurant would be 5 stars. Yes, I recommend it but really, come with patience and time.

The service is very bad. On Google Maps it says they close at 9:30 and the waiters were already kicking us out of the place at 9 pm. We couldn't eat in peace and they didn't even give us space to order a dessert. That's not good customer service.

Service was OK.
Price was kind of high for the type of restaurant. Ordered a $23 patacon plus two glasses of juice. How could it get to be $44? Well, the waiter explained... you did not read the fine print: 18% tip is not optional
Tipping should remain optional as a way to show appreciation for good service. It should not be a deceitful way to make extra money
Tipping is like voting: "Hear my voice"
