Also was seen in the bathroom in their uniform, didn’t wash their hands then go back behind the counter and handle customers and their food. Saw this after ordering and food was eh at best.

The service at the other place near checkpoint 4 is really bad in my opinion, or I don't know if it's the Cuban style that exists in Miami. They don't greet you cheerfully, they don't smile at all, they're not very friendly and they're like scolding people because of their harsh tone of speech and they're very simple when dealing with a tourist crowd. I would like to find a friendly, smiling, and cheerful face. They seem bitter about work. If you ask someone about something, they answer like robots, as if they're bothered by being asked about the menu. Ufff

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Peet’s Coffee in the Miami Airport was frustrating enough to warrant one. I ordered a matcha latte, hoping for something smooth and refreshing before my flight. What I got was a grainy, bitter mess that tasted like it hadn’t been mixed properly—clumps of powder at the bottom and barely any sweetness or balance as well as the matcha was not even being the color green. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about how it was prepared.
To make matters worse, the customer service was equally unpleasant. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question about milk options, and when I mentioned the drink didn’t taste right, I was met with a shrug and a curt “That’s how we make it.” No offer to fix it or even a basic apology. Did not even offer a refund or an exchange for a different type of beverage.
For a company that markets itself as premium, this was a letdown on every level. Skip this location if you can—there are better spots in the terminal with friendlier staff and way better drinks.

I am flying out today and have the pleasure of using Miami airport. I asked for hot water at Peet's, at first the server thought about it and then said no. I even said I'll pay for it but she still said no. Lady I hope you read this and realise that you will one day hopefully have the pleasure of travelling abroad and I hope you get the same treatment abroad, treat others as you wish to be treated. You are the ambassador of your company first then Miami. I find your service totally useless. I find it astonishing that you are not willing to help someone with a cup of water.
Somehow managed to boil my milk. The late is so hot I can’t hold the cup.

Just drinking a great cappuccino. I dont usually go to a place without reading the reviews. Not sure why would this place have such a low rating. I got there, got a coffee. They did it fast. Place looks clean. And it was delicious.
