This place has turned to garbage. Been sold so many times there is ZERO consistency. Asian lady in the back is mean and nasty. No wonder they shut down their staple location by 27th. Keep an eye on the Asian lady in the back, she wears no gloves or hair net. Top it off shes nasty and yells at patrons. Take your business elsewhere

Not sure about their take out menu. But do not eat here, at least in person. For one, the owner does not allow tipping to the servers/waitresses. I was in shock and have no interest in bringing this place any business when they do something so unethical like that. Food itself was alright, service was not too great and ambiance is a bit creepy. Maybe their take out is good but this is definitely not my first choice of places.

Food is great I've been a customer for over 10 years. Only thing is the rudeness of the lady attending over phone and in the restaurant (she did not want to give up her name when asked) . I was placing my order through phone and instead of placing me on hold while she takes her personal call which did not sound as if it where an emergency call it was such a stupid conversation with her friend, she took her time laughing and chatting away , then got back to me so I can place my order and was rushing my order and while asking prices she seemed bothered with life she shouldn't be working with customers if shes going to be acting that way she refused to transfer the call to the owner so Ill be reporting her ! So rude so ratchet people like that do not deserve customer service jobs and I see I'am not the only one who experienced the same treatment.

First time that i come to this place and the lady that works here has a nasty attitude and very disrespectful. I cant even ask her a simple question if there is special fried rice because she laugh at my face and was like looking at me as if i was stupid. I felt really awful in the way i was treated. This is the last time i come here.

WOW! I have officially found my go to Chinese Food delivery spot. I have been searching for one in Miami ever since I moved here from New York and I will look no further. The food reminds me of home and is honestly amazing. Everything I've gotten has been perfect from the shrimp with lobster sauce to their crab rangoons. The prices are reasonable and the food is well worth it. From the pics it looks like a hole in the wall but boy do they deliver (pun intended). My boyfriend 100% agrees and he may even be a more harsh critic than me, his Pork fried rice came with large real pieces of Pork and his egg roll was crisped to perfection. I won't be ordering Chinese food from anywhere else and if they deliver to you I recommend you place an order today!

I called over the phone and the lady was just rude af. And i asked her to repeat my order again to make sure she had it right, and her tone of voice was disgusting .I don't even know how they still open with that tuoe of service .

NEVER order delivery from this restaurant!! They are FRAUDS!! They charge you ILLEGALLY!! They DONT tell you they charge you an inclusive delivery fee & they DONT tell you they charge a fee to pay by credit card & when you call to complain they tell you they just work there & that there isn't a manager available!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Over all 3 stars. I'm rating over costumer service, appearance, and taste. I just recently moved to Miami from NYC/NJ area. I really don't have to mention how good most of our Chinese takeouts are if you are from that area as well. I happened to stumble on to this place by mistake since I was getting a haircut near by. I was bit skeptical because I was in Miami (not to be confused with Miami Beach) I just learned that recently btw. Person at the counter was very helpful and also very pleasant. She knew the menu very well and was able to take my order. I ordered chicken in oyster sauce with white rice. It was very plentiful and affordable and actually tasted like the food back home. I would defenatly come back and try other dishes. I wanted to eat in, but the place was not too clean there were soda boxes all over the place and also the tables were just wiped down not clean. Over my experience was good, but a great restaurant needs to have both great food and also a great appearance. I would for sure come back.

I order take out from this restaurant for 15 years already. The only reason I give them 4 starts is because this place should be listed as a take out and delivery only. This is not a place to eat inside . Food is great , price is great. 15 years and counting, never a complaint on my side.
This place is a rather surreal combination of a restaurant, oriental grocery and convenience store. As an Oriental Grocery, it is below average, but I give it the benefit of the doubt in ratings, because it is very useful that it exists. If you read my review of the Oriental Bakery & Grocery Co, you may note that I was looking for soy sauce. I found it here, but not my favorite kind. Compared to other oriental markets they seemed to have the cheaper versions of everything. You may note that other reviews of the restaurant mention that they use the cheapest versions of sauces; that's what they stock, so those reviews are almost certainly right. However, I was able to prepare my typical Beef with Oyster sauce with the ingredients I bought here, and it came out reasonably well. Certainly I would rather buy my oriental groceries here than in Publix, but the selection was rather meagre compared to other oriental markets I've visited. As a convenience store it has NICE! products that are normally sold at Walgreens. And the lottery. My guess is that your lottery sales help this rather marginal looking establishment a great deal more than they would help Publix or your local gas station. I have not yet tried it as a restaurant. I have to admit, I am tempted to after reading that the Kung Pao chicken is fried. P F Chang's makes a yummy fried Kung Pao and it would be interesting to see how this one compares. I'm pretty sure Pekin would somehow manage to beat P F Chang's on price, but this would be a pretty lousy place to take a date. Service is a little odd. I don't get the feeling that engaging in the public is a particular passion of the staff. My groceries got checked out promptly, efficiently, and in almost total silence.

Am not sure if maybe at one point this restaurant was any good. I ordered the chicken chow mein and 3 egg rolls , because I read they were awesome. Sadly I must say when I got the food it was not even edible the chicken was really grosse and it had purple parts everywhere. The egg rolls were not that bad they were crunchy and edible but I didn't like the flavor I don't know why but it had a aftertaste not sure of what . The white rice was cooked very well and tasted very yummy I love white rice ! And this one was good . The noodles also were crunchy and tasty . Overall I would not recommend it and I would not be eating from here again . I don't know about the rest of the food here. But I don't have the stomach to try it .

Food is pretty good. But I'm pretty disappointed that you guys didn't deliver to us bcuz Kam Long has us banned for delivery. FYI: we returned our food because the wonton in the soup had a hair completely wrapped inside and around it. Who wants to eat that? Who wants to eat anything there? They're filthy (Kam Long). I find it pretty unprofessional and lacking hospitality for not even asking is what happened. I will not go to your restaurant now for that reason.
