The food is good, but the portions are ridiculously small. You can see the quality of the ingredients, but honestly, I was left hungry. If they adjusted the size of the dishes to a more reasonable level, I would go more often. Until then, it's hard to justify the price for what they actually serve.

Hey, the food may be delicious, but the customer service has deficiencies, the phone is not answered, there is a lack of customer service
You have to be very careful if there are more than 5 people including children. They charge an extra 20% for a large group where there were only 3 adults and 2 children. What I didn't like is that they don't let you know that 20% nor is it written anywhere and they ask you for a tip again at the end.

Beautiful place but the proportion of the size or portion of the food versus the value of the dish has nothing to do with it... exaggeratedly EXPENSIVE for the small portion they serve, the Nestea size 8 ounce coffee glass we all thought was a joke... the Delicious food, but the pepito was super small, 3 people spent $100 on 3 pepitos, 3 drinks and some fries... the pepiteria in Miami, nothing like the one in Barquisimeto and Caracas, unfortunately I would not return for nothing in the world
