My wife and I ordered coffee from Per'La after trying it at a coffee shop... This coffee is absolutely delicious, super balanced, and leaves an amazing coffee flavor on the palette after you finish your cup. It's amazing.Also, when the order came in the mail, the staff left us a handwritten note thanking us for ordering the coffee. A+ service and we will be buying Per'La coffee forever! After our absolute favourite coffee, Columbia’s San Agustin, became unavailable in Canada I went searching for a new vendor and found Per’La roasters online. Chris, Paul and their team have been great. The freshly roasted coffee arrives promptly every month. It is a morning must for us to have this special coffee. But just as important to me is the knowledge that there is a working relationship with the people in Columbia that work so hard to grow these wonderful beans and Per’La roasts them to perfection. Beans arrived at my home via (whatever this Post Office calls Priority) and arrived in superb condition. These tiny pea beans are exactly what Ethiopian coffee is supposed to look like. I ground them this morning and used them in my French Press. As I was pouring the coffee the smell of ripe blueberries filled the aroma, perfect, the flavor, perfect. Will buy again
