It seems that no one working there has had any training on food safety and property handling of food. The entire staff wear latex gloves and do not dispose of them properly. After handling trash, clean the kitchen, disposing of food and used utensils, using their cell phones, processing orders on the touch screen, handling money. They then proceed to bring out your food with the same latex gloves. They continuously put their thumbs in the soup bowls and water glasses. When this was brought up to the manager she ignored the issue. The waitress was apologetic but stated that the owner is never there and would not provide us with his contact information. This place is an extreme health hazard.

Pros:
1) Service was very fast
2) Food was amazing and great
3) Atmosphere was spacious
Cons:
1) It's very expensive. I paid with tip over $21 for a bowl of Pho. How did it go up so high? This is not South Beach. I remember when a bowl of Pho was $7.95. We know who to blame for the inflation. The last 4 years was pure misery.

Food is good, no doubt about it, but it’s too pricey. The same dish at Pho 79’s Davie location is $17, while here it’s $24—a staggering $6 difference. This price hike cannot be justified by the location, as the two spots are only a 30-minute drive apart. Disappointing.

My pregnancy craving has been pho so I am basically a pho connoisseur at this point. I have eaten it all month from different places. My favorite place is in California. I have yet to find a good place in miami.
3 star on Pho: broth was not as clear as it should be and flavor was weak. Cost was more than authentic pho usually is in the Bay Area (California) which is the capital of Vietnamese food in my opinion.
3 star for Spring roll: it heavy on rice noodle. I prefer mine with more lettuce and mint. It was missing chives. Peanut sauce should be a smooth constancy but it was chunky.
5 stars for Thai ice tea: it was the perfect balance and had strong tea flavor (i hate it when they are too milky). Boba was soft and tasted delicious!
5 stars for very fast and friendly service.

A number of negative things to report about this place. I ordered a small pho tai but when it arrived the broth was barely enough to cover the raw beef, making it impossible for the beef to cook. Upon the addition of cold ingredients such as basil, culantro, and sprouts the broth got even colder. Asked for extra broth, staff refused to bring it without charging me an extra for dollars bringing the total of the soup to $21.95 for a size small (that's as much as a large size soup would have cost). When I pointed it out to the cashier who had also brought me the tiny amount of additional broth, his response was "that's just the way it works out". Cashier refused to allow me to speak to the manager. Shifty business. Broth was also a bit bitter, and beef slices a bit thick. Mediocre food with smarmy and dishonest staff.

Good food, but getting a little overprice.
Price keep going up there, is getting ridiculously expensive
When I feel Pho I always go here with my wife, when I enter the place I feel like back to Ho Chi Minh, the broth is super good, they have 3 kind of size, the big is really big!

Best Pho in Miami.
Discovered the spot when I moved to MIA for grad school and lived by FIU. The place is so good that 5 years later, when I'm living in Downtown, I still come and visit.
Absolutely love the Pho Tai Chin.
Now the prices have slightly increased, but so has the cost of living in Miami.
Parking: The parking lot is garbage, but it's literally a shopping center. So, it's not the restaurant's fault. Be careful parking though because if you're in the single lined spots, it's very tight. Someone actually hit my parked car as they were trying to back out.

This used to be my go to place for Pho. This place is no longer what it used to be. They are expensive and the quality has gone down. A true disappoinment for a place that used to have the best pho in town.

The prices at this place has become outrageous we are talking like a 80% to 90% on price increase on Pho in less than 4 years . Pho is a poor man food in Vietnam how ironic. In other Pho 79 location is cheaper and all other Pho places are cheaper by $4 to $6. I will soon post a photo with the price of Pho in different Vietnamese restaurants locations
The pricing on the food has become outrageous! I would understand if I was visiting Wynwood or Brickell. I can’t justify eating here anymore.
