Food is delicious. We had Oysters, PY noodles, Black Cod, Ceviche and Papaya salad. All wonderful. The over all meal was full of fresh seafood that was wonderfully prepared with the bright notes of acid and citrus you expect from Veitnamese food. But plates were small. Prices high for the size. Waitstaff was incompetent and the place is very small and loud.

Bartender was cursing loudly, menu read limited because the chef wasn't there so we could only order on happy hour menu. Service was decent but sadly we didn't get the experience we wanted.

We went with a bachelorette party of 9 and ordered lots of different menu highlights and they were all amazing. No one had a less than excellent dish or drink. And the staff was so nice!

Excellent all around. Several years passed between our recent visit and it's only gotten better. Vietnam meets uniquely Miami Latin American dishes. Think Pho with tostones. The bone in short rib is amazing as are the scallops and everything in between. Cool vibe with good music and several different dining areas. This time we won't wait long to go back.

The food was good. The restaurant and music was so loud that we couldn't hear our server. Our watermelon salad came out, then the sweet potato... but the short rib took forever. We thought we would get all the food at once to enjoy it together. Would recommend to a friend but get an early reservation if you want to enjoy conversation.

An almost hidden gem on Biscayne Blvd... I pass by here quite often due to it being in in my neighborhood, & the name has always seemed funny to me, however, never in my wildest dreams would I have expected it to be how it was... it seems like a tiny little restaurant from the outside, but in good ol' Miamian fashion, "honeyyyy let me tell you something!", I was super surprised! Once I finally found where to park (since it was packed, & to be fair, there are a good # of spaces but I'm assuming it was peak hour & this place seems to be liked by a lot of people), I walked in through the back entrance & was greeted by nice people who took me inside to see the huge pleasant surprise of how big this place truly is! I sat by the bar bc like I mentioned, it was packed! The lighting is low, decor is nice, the vibes are definitely vibing, especially to go w/ a significant other bc it's kinda romantic & dark, however, it can be cute for any regular occasion, & for first timers too, bc the place alone will be a great conversation starter. The people that work there are attentive but not to the point of being overly attentive, which I personally don't mind about (since I prefer staff to not check on me every 2 minutes)... the food was good, but on the pricey side IMO. I don't remember exactly what I ordered but I remember it being well cooked, tasty, & not cheap for what it was, those three details ARE in fact, really clear in my mind, lol. So overall experience: beautiful place, finding a parking spot was not my favorite but the people inside were nice, & the menu was on what I would call not crazy expensive but definitely not super affordable (depending on what you order). I will end this review by saying that I do recommend the place & will most likely return again, next time w/ company bc I believe it'll be an even more enjoyable experience that way.

Joined for diner on Friday night. Everything is made to share, that the dishes are expensive sure, however when they lack flavor and are small.. that's disappointing. Overall service was good.

We arrived at Phuc Yea on a rainy day for brunch and they were sitting at the bar so we sat there to eat. The service was so amazing. The bartender was really amazing and recognized that it was our first time so made some great recommendations. The music I will also add was so great. I think because it was a Saturday it was brunch and there was a DJ so we were grooving while we were eating, good food. The drinks were also amazing. I would highly recommend this place as the food the drinks the service was top-notch.

Had a bit of a mixed experience at this Asian fusion spot. Service was top-notch and the flavors of the dishes were solid. However, the clay pot fish was a tad salty on its own, especially since it didn't come with rice—you had to order that separately. Prices were a bit steep; $18 for 3 egg rolls felt excessive for something average. The millionaire fried rice was tasty, but unfortunately, it came with a piece of cleaning plastic or wire. They did comp the fried rice and dessert when we let the waitress know, which was appreciated. Despite the hiccups, my favorite dish was definitely their watermelon salad.

I haven't been here in a few years but it was as fun and delicious as I remembered. The shrimp and pork dumplings (5 to an order)were such a good way to start. They clearly had a kick to them - but in such a good way. We followed with the scallops (4 to an order) - really delicious. The PY noodles were great tasting... and a plentiful portion for four people to share. And the best was the short ribs - with the baobao buns and pickled veggies. That was terrific. The server suggested a min of two plates per person but that would have been way too much food. The dining area is pretty loud. - in a good way, but still makes hearing one's dining companions a challenge. I would highly recommend and will be looking forward to going back before too long.

Plus:1) we ordered the watermelon salad scallop, oxtail, and the hen. All of them were absolutely delicious. I was especially impressed by the watermelon salad and the oxtail.2) great service and environment.Minus: half the menu was unavailable. Their signature bone in short rib pho, the broccoli Bao bun, and the cod, both of which we wanted to try, were not available. Hope the restaurant fixed it soon coz it’s not a good look

Probably one of the coolest, happiest hours I ever did. Happy Hour is at the bar or high top seatings. Literally everything on their Happy Hour menu is phenomenal. Get the oysters, and get a full dozen plus. My favorite dish and probably the reason I chose this place to eat besides their Michelin Bib Gourmand award - is their Edamame hummus, which pairs with freakin' tostones. I needed more tostones guys! So good. I need to come back to try their regular menu.
