This place deserves 10 stars not only 5.I’m Italian, I grew up with Piadina, I ate it for all my life in many different Italian locations, and from my grandma, the best. Well, these guys here are doing a giant impressive work in cooking a great piadina, that tastes 200% like the Italian one. Even the smell of it, before I took the first bite, made me emotional…if you are Italian, this place is a MUST. If you’re not, you should try their Piadina feeling sure that you’re eating an authentic Italian piadina 100%. If you love Piadina than you should eat here twice a week, if you don’t love it YET, try it here and it will be like traveling to Italy.ITALIAN APPROVED.Dietary restrictions: Piadina is a great example of the Mediterranean diet, which is known to be one of the most balanced diet in the world.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The Piadina Classica was amazing, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The cheese was creamy and melted in my mouth with the prosciutto ❤️The piadina itself was soft and slightly charred on the outside, giving it a great flavor and texture. The Nutella Piadina is a must! The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The piadina was served hot and cut into slices, making it easy to eat and share. It was one of the best piadinas I have ever had, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food.I also appreciated that the restaurant was run by the owners themselves (Danielle and Leticia), who were very welcoming and passionate about their food. They made me feel like a valued customer and a part of their family. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes ?

The combination of good food and the unique diferencia board of jam and cheese truly impressed me.The diference board was an absolute delight! The carefully curated selection of jams and cheeses offered a perfect balance of flavors. Each bite was a heavenly amalgamation of sweet and savory, leaving me craving for more. The attention to detail in choosing the perfect combinations was evident and greatly appreciated.The staff, particularly Leticia, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff is so friendly and always recommending new things to try. We come here with our bike group and they are so accommodating to our large parties despite of being in a food truck. We have never been disappointed in service and or food. If you're in the midtown area make sure to stop and grab a Cuban Piadine trust me you will not regret it !!!
