EDIT - I had stopped coming to this Place about a year ago because of the service and atmosphere.. and was forced to come back because of a special diet and can’t find calipers crust anywhere else.. That said, this place has really turned around for the better, I had so many questions about the pizza crust, ingredients, and Team member Jessica walked me through all the ingredients and the difference between the cheeses with Care and patience. I am very aware that anywhere else would’ve gotten frustrated and lost patience with me. I can happily say that Jessica single-handedly has changed my whole attitude about Piology and will be coming back frequently because of outstanding food and customer service. I hope Corporate saw my previous bad review and sent her as the “fixer”, either way I have deleted those review reviews and if I could post a 10 star review, I would. Thank you, Jessica and Piology. ❣️

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Pieology was an absolute disaster. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I had to find out from the staff that they’d mixed up everyone’s pizzas and had no clue which order belonged to who. Seriously? I ended up having to remake my own order and wait ANOTHER 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the place was filthy—garbage cans overflowing, tables covered in trash, and zero effort to clean up. The staff (all three of them) looked exhausted or just didn’t care, and there wasn’t even a manager on duty to address the chaos. Customers were stuck waiting endlessly while the employees floundered. This place is a joke. Never coming back.

This is insane, 3 employees working hard for a lot of customers, dirty every trash overload no Utensils, the guys mess up my order they give it to someone else but i understand 30 costumers wanting and just 3 employees come on this is not Right For Employees or Customers I Am Gonna Make sure corporate will know about what’s going at this store.

The worst experience I have ever had. Employees slow and don’t care to even talk to customer. Waited an hr for my order after I had ordered online 30 min prior to arrive

Be ready to wait over an hour for your pizza, ordered mine online, arrived 30 mins later and they still hadn’t even started my order… wasn’t even busy. Already happened twice.

The concept of building your own pizza is great, and they offer a solid product overall. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. First, there were no onions or tomatoes available at the ingredients bar, which was disappointing. Additionally, the ice dispenser on the soda machine was broken. These are small details, but they shouldn’t be happening.

Another ongoing issue for me is that the oven doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, so the bottom of the pizza ends up covered in what feels like sand—probably burnt flour or something else. It's a great product, but these details need attention.
