great place to get a frozen mojito and to appreciate the day
I wasn’t impressed at all. The space felt rather empty and the bay view wasn’t as exciting compared to so many other beautiful spots around Miami. The shopping section was small with mostly generic stores. Touristy pricing and nothing that stood out in terms of quality. Overall, I didn’t find much of substance here and wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.
Priscilla is a queen, she gave us prompt and personable service. Loved our frozen raspberry margaritas! The vibe was amazing, beautiful view and super fun area to check out.
Rude waitresses. Place was empty and didn't have anyone come over for service. There was 5 serves chatting none working. Came to drop of drinks and never came back!! With so many places to drink and eat this is the last one I would ever come back to. Disappointed. Mojito was weak.
Non existent service or customer care
Love, love this place!!! Ask for IVAN!!!
Kevin was the best bartender I ever had, we had so good with me I will back just for him
Does not even deserve 1 star.
We waited for 1 hour today for drinks to be served to us and they just kept telling us to wait and other people kept coming after us and they were served.
The difference was that we were a couple of brown Indian people and the others who came were more fair and locals.
Didn't expect this sort of discrimination.
Well, if our money is not good for your bar, then we can definitely go somewhere else and that's what we did after more than 1 hour of waiting.
The pier 5 bartenders made me feel at home these months I have been in Miami. I am going back to turkey now and would love to express my gratitude for them. Specifically Mario, Tiffany, Chloe and Isa. Love them !! Recommend. Thank you!
Took a couple of boat tours plus had lunch at the Cuban restaurant
Restaurantji Recommends
You have to like this kind of experience. You basically have to do everything yourself. Use 5 is only the drinks then you pay for that separately. There are 4 different restaurants to order from and this is basically uber eats. Since I could not customize my food order it came with stuff I don’t eat. Not to mention having to pay a service charge and an expected tip. Will do do this again. Spent a ton of money for a small amount food that was not good
It is something inexplicable to be in this place for a long time and consume and request that they show us classic football and say that it is not possible, on a TV that no one was watching. We went to another place where they kindly accommodated us. I don't recommend it
This was nice to take people out of town Locals barely go but I was once 21 with no car and this was my place to be. Now that it’s Pier 5 maybe that same 22 year old can go and have and chill with good music Vince’s live and Dj mixes
Thank you Isabella(HalfCuban&Colombiana) thank you for the service and the sangria
We sat down the bartender was so nice. We sat there for a while, and our group had a great time.
