Best Haitian food in the city and the customer service is always A1 with Ricardo love. Pierre’s 10 out of the 10 definitely recommend 🩷
My fav is spinach n legumes.... they didn't have either. So they offered lalo, which was my 1st time and it confused me because it had a HUGE crab claw in it. Aside from that, it was REALLY good. I'll just tell them to hold the crab. The plantain cups were REALLY good. And i wanted to try the Akra, but it didn't get ordered, so I'll try again next time. Can't wait to visit again.
Ricardo has the best customer service I seen in a long time, very professional in polite. He yuck with order in took charge of the business. I don’t eat many places but his customers service will bring me back. The food was awesome but his service made the food way better.
So go check him out there new location
From order to receiving my take out was exceptionally fast
Pierre's Caribbean Cuisine I Just wanted to share a experience of the bad service I recieve today by your lady manager, denying to honor of the 10% of for city, county and etc. the act that she persuade by me showing my city badge it was like I was committing fraud for a 10% discount. I have spend hundreds of dollars In that restaurant because I agree the food is a great taste to me. But after today I won’t be spending one dollar of my hard earned money with a restaurant that lack customer service to clients… (customer always first!)
Food is amazing. If you lived or visit Miami it’s a must to stop at @pierres Carribeam cruising.
Visiting Miami and craving real Haitian food….this place was spot on! I had legume, griot, mac and cheese, and extra pikliz. A bit pricey at around $64, but the flavors were authentic and worth it.
I ordered a seafood soup at this business and the least they had was seafood
This Caribbean restaurant has the most delicious food especially their fried fish with peas and rice you'll go ahead stop by and check it out I wish I had taken pictures but the food looks so good I could not wait to dive in. Hey don't forget to ask for that pickle Lee that picklee is 😋😋💯✨✨✨✨

Them plantain are too thick, that causes them tasteless, what a waste of products.. visited yesterday there was no pikliz!!
Ordered via their website they tried to charge us again during pick up when we a tried to correct it my husband encountered disrespect and hostility. Now we are scared to eT the food because they might have put something in it!!! Piece of advice Order in person!!!!
