I want to start by saying I don’t really come to Pincho often , maybe once or twice a year, however ; I have been coming to Pincho Burgers &Kabobs (as they call themselves now )since they opened their first location on bird road and before they dropped the factory from their name , and let me tell you sometimes expansion isn’t a good thing . I remember the burgers looking hand made from fresh patties and I wish I could say the same now. I was extremely surprised when my burger came out and the patty was extremely thing and looked like it was produced in a well factory which is ironic considering the whole name change . I did notice they added smash burgers to their menu so I guess they reserve the fresh patties/ beer for that ? That being said I think it just goes to show that sometimes restaurants decide to give up quality of food in order to keep profits high . Sad to see it happen but it seems to be a fact of life .

With the cost of everything being so high in Miami. Pincho factory is one of the few places where you can still have a full lunch with fries and a drink for $10.
On top of that another reason to consider pincho comes down to the fact that you truly feel appreciated as a customer and every time you walk through the doors it’s a welcoming positive experience.
Not to mention the rewards program sends out amazing deals like free burgers throughout the year!
NEVER again in my life I will go to PINCHO Burgers No only the raise the price CHECK THE BEFORE AND NOW from the tostonburger ??? It had the atmosphere of a restaurant but the feel of a macdonalds with the trays.

Truly great surprise finding this restaurant. The food was spot-on for the price. Everything was served warm where it should, cold where it should and crispy where it should! Nothing was bland, burned or dry. Just so glad to find this alternative to fast food yet it isn't slow.
