Food is good, cashier snobby and rude, charged us for every sauce when we never got charged b4, I understand a limit on sauces but we spent over $50, amd didnt give us sauce with it unless we paid, if u hate your job get a new one, and dont be in customer service.

Burgers and kebabs are delicious. Servers are friendly. Kinda boring atmosphere. Tvs showing commercials for the restaurant on a loop.

“The restaurant had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the customer service was friendly and attentive. However, the portion sizes were quite small, especially considering the higher prices. Overall, while the experience was pleasant, I felt the value for money could be improved.”

I want to start by saying I don’t really come to Pincho often , maybe once or twice a year, however ; I have been coming to Pincho Burgers &Kabobs (as they call themselves now )since they opened their first location on bird road and before they dropped the factory from their name , and let me tell you sometimes expansion isn’t a good thing . I remember the burgers looking hand made from fresh patties and I wish I could say the same now. I was extremely surprised when my burger came out and the patty was extremely thing and looked like it was produced in a well factory which is ironic considering the whole name change . I did notice they added smash burgers to their menu so I guess they reserve the fresh patties/ beer for that ? That being said I think it just goes to show that sometimes restaurants decide to give up quality of food in order to keep profits high . Sad to see it happen but it seems to be a fact of life .

Now in the rotation of go-to restaurants! My husband loves the Bacon Me Gouda, and I love their vaca frita bowls with queso frito! Also they have some fun, fruity, healthier beverage options than just soda
