We eat at Pincho at least once a week after my kids’ track practice, and it’s become one of our go-to spots in Miami. The convenience, fair pricing, quality food, and great service make it an easy win for our family.
What I really appreciate is that it’s not just burgers and fries (though those are 🔥 when we want to treat ourselves after a hard week of workouts). They also have healthier options that feel closer to a home-cooked meal — brown rice, grilled steak or chicken, and roasted veggies that actually taste fresh and well-seasoned.
We’ve been to the West Kendall, Bird Road, and Pinecrest locations, and the experience is always consistently great. Same quality, same service, same vibe every time. That kind of consistency is rare and really appreciated.
Highly recommend for families, athletes, or anyone who wants good food that fits both “clean eating” days and cheat days. 🙏

Uber Eats double-charged me and their customer support went nowhere. But this location's GM (Chuck) and Joanna honored a duplicate order that was not their fault. Even though it was out of their hands to help with a refund, they made sure everything was handled smoothly.
I got the protein bowl, I’ve been to chipotle, pollo tropical, diced etc but none of those bowls compare to the deliciousness and freshness of this bowl from Pincho
The caramelized onions were perfectly caramelized the sauces were delicious and not overly salty or seasoned. The chicken was fresh juicy and seasoned very well without being salty or tasting like char it was perfect and light without being heavy
The lettuce came delivered perfect and not soggy at all
I loved the flavor of the rice but my only complaint is that it was a pinch overdone but other than that 10/10 bowl
I work out a lot and I love a good protein bowl if they keep how they are doing I will never order a bowl from any other bowl place
I do hope they have a build your own bowl bc I would wanna do the works the platano the egg etc and customize it more

Quality has gone downhill. Pincho burger was a tiny, round, thin, dry puck of meat. When you bite it, it feels like you're biting into a sausage patty....$9 to stay hungry is unacceptable. My fiance realized that the vaca frita bowl at $14 is overpriced for the quality as well. Cuban guys does it better for similar or cheaper (especially on deal days). Last time we come here...too many other better options similarly priced or cheaper.
