Every single time it's great. My kids love PF and it's worth following them for new menu items and specials. Staff is great, the place looks and smells perfect, and it really feels like that hometown spot for burgers. Also if you are in the Bird rd location, the staff member named Andrew is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet :)

Loved the food here!! Just the default burger(Pincho Burger) is amazing! The secret sauce is super good, and everything here is addicting. I would recommend coming here, but some of the employees are pretty bland. Still, awesome place!

ordered food through their website after waiting about an hour the food shows up only to find that the bag has been opened and one burger and fries are missing. called the store 6 freaking times and they don’t answer.
