I come here all the time and this was my first time ever having a problem with any worker acting like I stole and then talking crap about me in Spanish and gladly I speak Spanish but that was so rude and I'm a regular customer some old lady with glasses I guess it's my skin color lol I guess you didn't really check the cameras cause it wasn't in the morning and that's such a lie I thank god I stopped eating your guys food she definitely didn't apologize and she definitely said something slick in Spanish but hey it's okay you lost a customer and anyone that has skin color they will treat you like dirt racism people

Hit or miss. Depends on what mood the ladies in the front are in. Do not make the hot beverages as requested. Served almost luke warm. My advise to management is buy the heating system so the milk is hot and they dont have to steam the milk everytime. YW.

Once again hit or miss. Cafetera was not paying attention and coffees were horrible. Too much sugar and weak. When asked to fix copped an attitude. Threw them out and went to mcdonalds.

4 people!!! 2 women texting a boy hanging around!! Nobody attends to you!! 0 costumer service..!!! 0 all!!! Summary no one attended to me and I left!! By the way, I already realized why the place was empty!!

WORST PINECREST. Pregnant lady doing ubers gave me ATTITUDE because I asked about my food. Then in the middle of rush hour she starts talking to the uber drivers, calls me over to tell me she has my food but its missing something. She proceeds to ignore me and go pass the wait time on doordash. Once I get my food 20 minutes later (keep in mind this is a small breakfast just a coffee croqueta and two tostadas) ITS COLD. NEVER coming here again.

The best attention I have received was from the girls at the Pinecrest Bakery. A very nice place. The desserts have an authentic Cuban flavor, the guava pastries are the most delicious 🤤 🥰 highly recommended. The place is decorated every season. I was fascinated. 🤩

2 worker for night shift 25 min wait for a order 3am please more worker or pay more the girls cuz have bad mood to serve food

We always order from Pinecrest for parties, the cakes are delicious.
