I really dislike leaving negative reviews because I never want anyone to lose their job. However, this is the third time I’ve ordered food between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., and either half my order is missing or the sandwiches are burnt and overly toasted. I truly appreciate the hard work of the late-night shift, but please do better for those of us who also work late and just want a decent meal.

This is one our favorites for breakfast when we’re in town from Naples. Their Coqueta’s are divine. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing full of all the meats and cheese my favorites are the tequenos and empanadas. Definitely come here to try it out. Although the prices are high the freshness of the pasties was extremely fresh. We did come in to purchase close to closing time and although the ladies looked tired and were cleaning, they did have patient with us as we decided what to buy. The coffee machine was clean and the lady did ask if we were going to have coffee ☕ with a , please say NO face. Lol.

This place has the worst service in the world i had one person in-front of me and the server with her chichat about the ladys life after waiting for 15 minutes i walked out im never coming back here again

More than 30 mins to pickup an Ubereats order, you need more staff speacially on Weekends

They insisted that I switch languages which initially was fine. Then I asked for a smoothie and asked the lady if it was okay that they mix two flavors she said it was fine. She then proceeded to charge me for three smoothies when I had only asked her for one. Instead of trying to fix it by giving me my money back she tried to get me to simply just buy something else because it was too much work for her. Not only did she overcharge me but while ordering she had no idea what was on her menu and insisted that I change my order multiple times instead of asking her management how to carry out her job. Simply to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

I usually do not write reviews but this is the second time my experience here is unpleasant. I have been coming to this bakery since it opened and remember how the staff USE TO BE.
Today my husband and I went at around 2:45- there was only 2 people dining in. We asked for capuccino when we bit into it it was dry and hard. We brought it to the lady working there attention- her reply was- these are not the same as in Cuba and that is was not a cappuccino. First off I was born in Miami I know what a cappuccino is. A smart customer oriented employee would have offered a fresh one- she did not- she gave us attitude and started to tell us what a cappuccino was - we ASKED AND POINTED to what we wanted. This is the second time this lady challenges me as a customer - she so rude!!!!!!!
