The girls working were very sweet and had great customer service! The prices are amazing and the desserts are tasty I recommend the eclair and the cakes! Will be returning! We forgot to take a picture before we ate everything but it goes to show how good it was ?

I waited 45 minutes for toast and coffee. I had to beg for someone to give me any attention. Apparently if you order to go, you will be overlooked because of doordashers/uber eats drivers getting priority service. Staff was extremely rude to say the least. On top of all that, my food was cold. We were picking up two orders placed at the same time. Both my friend and I had the same experience. She just chose to not leave a review because she has “low expectations” when it comes to food service in Miami..

Update: I tried calling the phone number provided for my review but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to even understand why I was calling so that was a waste. I knew when they gave me the phone number to the cafe and not to management, there was no use :(

I ordered from them thru uber eats. My order had two missing items. I called them and the lady told me (laughing) she couldn’t do nothing about it.

Very slow to serve, the coffee almost always comes out cold... well everything else

Look at your receipt & what you arecharged .We went today placed an order. As soon as order was placed I noticed they overcharged us and asked them to undo incorrect charges already charged to the card . The other attendant also said the same. Basically: They tell us there’s no management & there’s nothing they can do about it . I told them they needed to call management to tell them how to fix it . I ask them to void the ticket . And put the Charges through correctly as to what we ordered . 2 Cuban cafe con leches , one stuffed potato & two Cuban bread toast came out to over $32 plus incorrect charges included or added things we did not buy . This also Included it a tip we did not agree to and was not given an option. This is for a self serve & no service . It ended up that at our persistent request to get a hold of management. Whoever they called on the phone seemed to also not know how to void their error on the ticket & the attendant refunded us in cash the charges for things we did not buy we got charged for on the card . But told us the tip that they included they could not credit . $4 plus they basically for a tip not agreed on.It seems they have 2 Attendants who just came to this country . Who don’t speak English & they don’t conveniently know how to operate a cash register but do conveniently know how to charge you for things you did not buy & tell you to your face they don’t have management to undo their overcharged ticket . Even in Spanish they play stupid & make errors in their favor plus a tip they did not earn includedIt’s no wonder even on their receipt it shows in small print they give you a credit for cash purchasesIt is shameful to say the least how this business operates ?☺️

This is a place that should be polished a little since I have seen many arguments between the assistants and the customers, there is the shouting of the assistants when they get angry, in the kitchen there is always a long delay of waiting up to 30 minutes for an order, I think that the owners should bring them all together because there are many difficulties, and especially the employees who have been in the establishment for a short time and in Cuba bringing the customs of Cuba as gossip, I advise them to review the problems of delays in the kitchens, and the Uber orders that leave it last, which have to cancel orders due to extremely excessive time.

I am very grateful to be able to share most of my afternoons in this bakery with people as nice as the girls who work the afternoon shift like Allen and Tali. Many places in Miami would like to have employees as nice and efficient as them. I am very grateful to them. owners of the premises for having workers as efficient as them, thank you

Good morning, I've been watching all the comments, I've been seeing this one coming. Place in the morning and afternoon and the service is fabulous, I don't have a bad comment to make, all the girls, both the morning ones and Nayla Gretel, daya do everything. With so much love. As Tairy and Lauren and Aylen are excellent workers I put. La Mano by any of Ella's, as a good Colombian that I am, they have my full support if I have any questions. Willing to respond
