Look at your receipt & what you arecharged .We went today placed an order. As soon as order was placed I noticed they overcharged us and asked them to undo incorrect charges already charged to the card . The other attendant also said the same. Basically: They tell us there’s no management & there’s nothing they can do about it . I told them they needed to call management to tell them how to fix it . I ask them to void the ticket . And put the Charges through correctly as to what we ordered . 2 Cuban cafe con leches , one stuffed potato & two Cuban bread toast came out to over $32 plus incorrect charges included or added things we did not buy . This also Included it a tip we did not agree to and was not given an option. This is for a self serve & no service . It ended up that at our persistent request to get a hold of management. Whoever they called on the phone seemed to also not know how to void their error on the ticket & the attendant refunded us in cash the charges for things we did not buy we got charged for on the card . But told us the tip that they included they could not credit . $4 plus they basically for a tip not agreed on.It seems they have 2 Attendants who just came to this country . Who don’t speak English & they don’t conveniently know how to operate a cash register but do conveniently know how to charge you for things you did not buy & tell you to your face they don’t have management to undo their overcharged ticket . Even in Spanish they play stupid & make errors in their favor plus a tip they did not earn includedIt’s no wonder even on their receipt it shows in small print they give you a credit for cash purchasesIt is shameful to say the least how this business operates ?☺️

We have been regular customers at this locations for almost two years. During all this time we visit the bakery around 2 to 4 days per week since our office is very close to it. We have to say that he has always had a very pleasant experience. All the girls at this locations are very friendly and professionals and always ready to offer you the best experience while you order and enjoy your pastelitos and cafe con leche. They is one girl in particular that get my orders most of the time, Ailen. She has been such a great addition to this Pinecrest bakery location. Always ready to help, always with a smile amd always very sweet. Like she said to me once: if I’m going to do this job I have to enjoy it and I have to offer the best to customers. I always remember that everyday. Thanks for making our morning and days sweeter.

Horrible experience. My girlfriend ordered food and the ladies in the front got the whole order wrong. We asked them to please change it and she rolled her eyes giving us attitude. I don’t recommend coming here at all. Food was disgusting, dry and w no flavor. The service was absolutely the worst!! If they don’t know how to do their job correctly they shouldn’t be working there. Very disappointed. Never again.

Been here a few times. Inside is kind of small but clean. Plenty of parking since it's in a big plaza. The girls are nice here unlike some other locations. No language barrier here when I visit. Coffee is usually sweet and hot like I like it. Good variety of pastries. The breakfast with the scrambled eggs, toast and Curley fries is cheap but so fulfilling. I have been here when the line has been long and the front seems to have no idea how to make it organized to the point people got tired of waiting but that was honestly one time, so far.

It was my 1st time here. My husband brought me here to eat. There was something I never saw the add on part. A combo comes with meal soda and French fries here its either a soda or French fries, its stupid and a waste of money. And we were told oh if u want i will make it for u and charge you. That's not being a business person cause I would have made it and gave it to them no charge. So we can come back. The food was delish but the service sucked i wont return.
