Absolutely love this bakery! I come here every single day for breakfast, lunch, or a quick break—they truly have something for every time of day.

Elizabeth, the manager, and the entire team are incredibly attentive and always welcome you with a warm smile. They even remember your order, which makes the experience feel so personal.

They also offer catering for holidays and special occasions, which I use for my hotel employees, and it’s always a hit.

A must-visit in downtown—hands down the most authentic Cuban bakery around.

Prices were higher at the register than on the menu, the prices were not disclosed on the register before I paid, employees with a bad attitude not willing to provide a clear understanding of the menu, adding a combo when I explicitly asked to not add items to my order, the amount of eggs were twice smaller than any other Pinecrest Bakery I ever ate before, the eggs and bacon were on a to go box but my food was to dine in, the list can go on but I made my point and won’t continue.
I will not go back and I don’t suggest this place to anyone.

Every time I come to Miami, I always enjoy Cuban, food, coffee and cigars. This place has the first two. Maybe not authentic but good enough for me. Really enjoyed my coffee and empanada here. They had desserts to but too early in the day. I really liked the friendly staff too. Would go again for sure.

The two ladies here are hostile and unapproachable (RBF) barely helpful and rube, an English only elderly man was completely ignored and unhelped because he could not speak Spanish. The croissant sandwich was cold. They expect tip with minimal effort.

Very reasonable prices. Abt 5$ for a piece of cake and $2.50 for a pastry. Service and pastries were amazing. They have great Wi-Fi and a nice, clean atmosphere. Would absolutely come back

We had a simple breakfast there. My wife had a fried empanada & I a baked one. The postres looked good but we got a guava cheese turnover. This one tasted decent, not too sweet.

I order breakfast and desserts for my office multiple times a week from this location. They all treat me as if I am family. I have never been disappointed with service, cleanliness or quality of food. I would highly recommend!

The service here is absolutely awful. The girl managing the pre-orders has no business working here. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes to get my order when people are walking in, ordering, and walking out with orders they place on the spot. If they cannot handle online orders they should not offer it. They don’t know how to manage orders in a timely manner and aren’t even apologetic about it. Do not order from this location!

Friendly staff and fast service. A very nice little place but not so big inside. Overall it’s a winner.

This truly pains me to write, as I dislike leaving negative reviews in fact, I rarely ever do. However, after giving this bakery several opportunities to improve, I must say that nothing has changed.

I work nearby in Downtown and was genuinely excited about the opening of this new bakery. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, it has been one disappointment after another.

The first time I ordered a chicken bowl, the chicken was completely raw it was extremely unpleasant, and I couldn’t shake off that taste or sensation for the rest of the day. I decided not to return, but later I gave them another chance and ordered a natural juice. Sadly, it was nothing more than red-colored water with sugar far too sweet and not remotely close to the flavor of the fruit I had requested.

As a local guide, I know that residents rely on our reviews, and that’s why I hope the owners take this as constructive feedback. The location is excellent, surrounded by offices and high foot traffic, which gives them great potential. I sincerely hope they take these comments into consideration and make meaningful improvements in both their kitchen practices and customer service.

Wishing them the best of luck and hoping to see a positive change soon.

Food was absolutely delicious with very helpful and nice staff! I ordered the super cubano and it is a MUST have! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever when it comes to this place, it checked all the boxes.
