Place is a disorganized mess. They have a ticket system in place, but no one is following it. Typical Miami venue where customers are kind of standing around spread out, hoping to lock eyes with one of the employees in order to magically get served. Plus, the party platter I’d ordered/paid for days earlier wasn’t even ready. The staff knew nothing about it, despite my receipt. They then had me retrieve my order from the pick up counter employee, who also had no clue. It angered me that he initially skipped over me and addressed the two Uber drivers behind me instead, despite my standing directly in front of him. 🙄
Good food largely eclipsed by an unruly staff.

Very tasty and flavorful pastries. Their coffee is a good as well. The Cortadito was excellent. Service can be spotty, but it is a busy place.
