The croquettes, the ham empanadas and the current chorizo ones are horrible. They didn't even take a second to grind out the stuffing. It used to be a pleasure visiting 🤢 not anymore

Good afternoon, my experience was the customer service. The truth is that this is the first time that this has happened to me with you, but it is very unpleasant to have to wait in line for more than 25 minutes. When I called, a gentleman answered the phone and told me to wait a minute when I had already waited for 15 minutes, another person picked up the phone and hooked up. I call again and the same gentleman answers, I try to explain what happened and he puts me on hold again for 15 more minutes, then a woman answers and takes my call and when I try to explain. She tried to defend the person who set me up by justifying it.

Good Cuban coffee
Might want to reconsider "24hrs" .. order online. when i got to the restaurant they didn't have any ingredients to complete my order.
I was charged the full price of my order including being charged for one of the full meals I ordered when I only received what look like 1 egg.
The employee was apologetic so it's not on her, but I was told it may take 2-3 weeks to get my money back...
Waiting on a full refund will update my review to reflect if I have received it or not.

Their pastelitos are good. BUT, their home croquettes are mostly flour; their cakes, flans, señoritas, etc… are the most tasteless, stale, old and mostly of the rancid sweets/desserts we’ve ever had

I just stopped by to buy 5 small loaves of like midnight bread and it's $15!!
Honestly they're pushing hard
Pinecrest bakery has really gone downhill. The pan con bistec is half the size of what it used to be, the guava pastelitos are also about half the size, and the cheese pastelitos were also smaller and had much less caramel on the outside. The overall quality isn't the same and shrinkflation is in full effect. The lady at the counter was on her phone. I don't know if I will be back.
