Yesterday I visited the store to buy some cakes and I was delighted with the excellent quality of the products and the super good customer service. I recommend them 100%. It is one of the best places to spend some time with the family and eat a good breakfast.

Extreme Fails
This place has to be one of the most disrespectful places I ever been. Not going to lie the service was good but the food is at least one year old. I bought a pan de bono, that thing almost broke my teeth of how hard it was. Got a cake and it felt like it was at least 2 month old. I will never go back. Do better. You people are not cheap either and you’re selling this crap to your customer. Your. Damn disgracef of bakery

Excellent service, they called me to inform me that the pastries were out of stock and they replaced me with other ones of my favorites with some complimentary meats. Thank you, Nelsy and Jennia, they told me the name very quickly, but tremendous service and attention.

This is horrible, what an embarrassment to such a well known family establishment. I ordered on Uber eats and apparently whoever is in at 3 am thought it was normal to send me two pieces of plain Cuban bread right out of its packaging! Added cheese to items I didn’t even ask for & the coffee tasted like the filter hasn’t been changed in months It’s so upsetting spending hard earned money in today’s economy for such obvious disrespect and lack of accountability to what an establishment claims to be offering and withholding. Shame on this location representing the Kendall area
