Food average. Service is bad and staff is rude. Have a number system they don’t use, better not to have there since is misleading. Confusing your in line and people they know come in and they bypass line. Horrible service.

First they take away the turn tickets so everyone is standing confused waiting to be called. Then they can’t get what you ask for right. I asked for a side of bacon with my breakfast and got home to no bacon. I ask for extra butter on my toast and get dried toast. Not only dried but burnt. I thought this was place was good but boy was I wrong. This isn’t the first either the food quality is poor. For Thanksgiving I ordered a ham, and got a slightly burnt dried ham. Never going back 🤷🏽

The food at Pinecrest Bakery is delicious, and they have a variety of delectables. However, it felt pricey. I mean, I understand everything is more expensive now (COGS, food, ingredients, etc.), but $1.86 for a pastelito that was half the size of what it was before seems a little too much.

Rude staff, horrible wait times. Told me to wait in line for 40 MINUTES just to tell me I was in the wrong line and to wait another 20 minutes. Found out 3 pther people were waiting for an hour PLUS. Got angry when I asked HOW MUCH LONGER I needed to wait for and started yelling at me saying that they're working on it and that all other orders were ahead of mine. Never coming back, and recommending all others to STAY AWAY. Food was mid and EXPENSIVE!

I hate to say it but this is the worst pinecrest, and its the closest one to my house, morning and daytime I have no problem stopping by and getting what I want, but after 7pm good luck finding a guava pastelito, I dont know what it is with the staff, whether its just that they are lazy or they just dont wanna bake more but every single time you come here after 7pm they dont have barely anything and they care suppose to be open 24/7 it makes no sense, no guava pastrys, no meat pastrys, everything looks old and bad, its gotta be the staff because I can go to any other pinecrestcrest after 7pm and I dont see that there, they need to hore more bakers or something because this pinecrest really is horrible
