Very bad service, Sonia in charge of the place was very unpleasant at 11 am on a Saturday cleaning the place with the clients inside without bathroom service. They are not professionals.

The place is empty. I ordered over 40 minutes ago. They claim my order would take 10 minutes. Meanwhile all employees up front are just chitchatting and hanging out with a Miami Beach officer behind the counter. By this time I’ve been completely forgotten about. I asked the cashier where my order is and her response is that someone “stole it”. I’ve left maybe 3 1star reviews in my life. One of them being for this place. I checked if my review is still here. They must’ve removed it. But here it is again. This place dose not care. Food expensive as well. Man I’m mind boggled on how you can be so consistently bad serviced. I come her strictly out of convenience. Never again.

Guess it’s not open 24 hrs. Employee looked at me and turned the other way.
The pastelitos were fantastic, the sandwich was okay. I went back and bought another couple of pastelitos to take away, they were the best I had on this trip.

Pinecrest Bakery is known in Miami to be cosy and tasty, but this place sucks. We live close by and every time we come the workers behind the counter just look at each other phones and laugh. We kinda call them to place an order after politely waiting for a while, you never know maybe they’re busy with online orders lol. No they just say ables no ingles lol. Ok, I get it, in France they also say je ne parle pas anglais. But eventually we point at an item and they see it and put it in a bag right? Ok after this Miami experience, I say Miami because many places here make fun of you for not speaking Latino American. You get to your disgusting table, oh no I missed a part. Last time we just left the place without getting anything and will never comeback because we moved out of Miami lol. Bye

Love this place. So cosy and nice inside. Great Argentinian and cuban desserts and pastries ? ? Great ?? coffee. Seating outside is wonderful but by a noisy street and across a beautiful park with a small creek.
Vegetarian options: Salads ?
Parking: Located in a small place with great mom and pop stores. Right on Biscayne Drive and 135th
Kid-friendliness: Yes and pet friendly too

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean and food is very tasty and well prepared.
Parking: Parking is somewhat shared with the car wash, but you will be able to find parking
Wheelchair accessibility: You should have no problem as their is a handicap parking and bakery is on the lower level
