Gets my order wrong every single time
I asked for a breakfast sandwich and a regular Cuban sandwich they gave me ham cheese and bistec and a tomato lettuce and pork sandwich I specifically told them I didn’t have any bistec but they said it was mine so I took their word I get home it’s all wrong and I just threw it away

I have been going there for years. They recently changed some of their personnel, and most of the new ones are awful. This morning when I arrived, there was a crowd. I got my number and stepped out of line to allow more people to be able to get in the door. After noticing that they were not calling any numbers, I approached the register and asked what number they were on. Mind you I had #82. She says that the gentleman she was waiting on had #84. I pointed out that they had not called out #82. She proceeded to say that they were helping people in order of the line. They only used the numbers for internal reasons. Say what??? They have always insisted that customers take a number. I will not go back as long those incompetent employees are there.

Pinecrest Bakery on US1 & 67th Avenue is the best! The coffee and food is delicious! The service is also great! I walk in and Yanelis and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make my cafe con leche exactly how I like it! 😊

Yanelis and Gisel are ALWAYS so courteoys, helpful and professional with customers. Always greeting and smiling. I love Pinecrest Bakery un So. Miami. Best customer service in town. I commend the owner.

I went on a Sunday morning and the place was full of flies
Pastry is not good enough , indoor tables were dirty and messy.
Not sure if employees are aware of it.

Highly upset. I call ahead and order a whole dozen so they fry them fresh. Get there and they are frozen in the middle. They offer to refry them. I get the box back with 2 somewhat warm croquetas, the rest were still frozen in the center. That's a health violation. On top of it all they gave me 10 instead of the 12 I ordered. And the Sandwich I ordered had mustard which I had requested plain as I'm allergic. I wasted my whole lunch time waiting and now have nothing to eat. Highly upset. I threw away the food. They need to fix this before their staff gets someone sick.

I'm a faithful customer but wont be going back to the South Miami location anytime soon. Rude and lazy staff.

Craving ham croquettes, I decided to stop in at Pinecrest and I was not disappointed. The girls were so nice. They went ahead and made them fresh for me. Nereisy and Amanda kept the place clean and they were very courteous. Good job.

Since when do employees refuse to take phone orders unless they’re tipped? That’s ridiculous. Are they being paid so little that they rely entirely on tips just to do their job? I’ve been coming to this place for years, and now the staff refuses to take my order unless I tip them first. That’s unacceptable.
