Pinecrest Bakery - South Miami

The Food is amazing, but the real reason it is pleasure to visit daily is due to the 5 star service, all the girls from staff always greet you me with an honest smile full of contagious energy which brings a positive vibe to my day. Vey few places in Miami make you feel at home like the Girls from Pinecrest Bakery do. I definitely urge everyone to visit and see for themselves what I am trying to describe.

I'm a regular customer at this place, but lately I've only had bad experiences. I usually go during the morning shift. Last week, I placed a takeout order, and when I got home, I realized that items were missing from my order. Several times, my coffee has been served cold. I asked to speak with the manager, and she didn't treat me professionally. I hope you'll take action regarding this, as I don't want to stop being a customer here. Happy Holidays!

This one is new, it stays on the 7Th NW at the height of the Loandeport stadium, it looks nice on the outside and invites breakfast, but when you enter it is pure fantasy, I ordered a breakfast with scrambled egg bacon chips and toast and latte, the truth is the ugliest breakfast I have eaten in the days of my life, the latte sends me straight a way to the bathroom, that was anything but a latte, the scrambled egg hahahaha it seems that the one who made it has no idea of scrambling egg, it was a tortilla chopped and the toast was a cachi bread half heated and running, it is a pity because there was even queue and to top off the price seems excessive, quality price is not worth it, anyway, ah and barely where to sit that seemed like a ballroom, not a bakery, anyway, that it is not worth spending that money that nowadays costs to earn it, or improve or soon I see it closing and it is a pity because it has a spectacular location. I hope to return, that if I will take care before spending my money again!!!! At the moment it is a disaster....total

Gets my order wrong every single time
I asked for a breakfast sandwich and a regular Cuban sandwich they gave me ham cheese and bistec and a tomato lettuce and pork sandwich I specifically told them I didn’t have any bistec but they said it was mine so I took their word I get home it’s all wrong and I just threw it away
