Pinecrest Bakery - Sweetwater

Last Sunday, I went to this location of Pinecrest Bakery and the lines were confusing, realizing that I needed to take a number. I had a gift card that was given to me and tried to find out how much was in the card. The workers seemed to not know what they are doing, which made it a bit unpleasant as well as having a language barrier (not being able to speak much Spanish) to the workers. Not much help was given and ended up leaving with nothing.

Entre a comparison 2 diet cokes. No sabia como user la maquina de credit card y una señiora mayor que trabaja me grito y me trato tan mal! Me quede total menta sorprendida. Bad customer service. Went in for 2 diet cokes and an older woman who works there literally screamed at me when I asked her how the credit card machine worked, "I told u this is how it works!" She never explained anything to me. Soooo obnoxious and rude.

I have been visiting Pinecrest Barkery for more than 9 years and this is the worst without leaving behind the one in Doral, which is terrible. My son, the only croquettes that fascinate him are the ones here since I always buy 3 dozen without frying since I live in Cape Coral. , to be able to make them for my son, and the girl who served me the last time was very rude and did not want to sell me because she says they only sell fried ones, it is a shame that a bakery like this is so prestigious tarnish its name by shop assistants like these without education

The treatment of the manager Yaneisis is terrible. I am a regular customer but will never go back. The way she speaks to the workers and about Uber drivers is terrible. I as a customer, don't need to hear her feelings about others. She always looks upset. I can't imagen the stress the servers are under her management.

My order was for takeout. The person who took my order was not very clear about the services he could offer us, however I placed the order. Then I wanted to complete my order by adding things over the phone and I was not well attended to, they were not cordial or friendly and they did not know how to give me information correctly. The food was delicious but I think that in service they have a lot to improve!!!

Pinecrest Bakery is an exceptional place were you can find a variety and quality in the menu from the various pastries like the house croquettes, bread with steak and the Camagüey empanadas. Also you can find the famous ready to go cakes with a design that can satisfy the most demanding client. The service is fast and customary, the place is always clean and comfortable that make you feel at homes were you can share with your family and friends, a good coffee with milk or simply a cortadito with the evaporated milk.
I would like to say that all this amazing work is due to the friendly staff that starts from the manager Yanexy, her assistant Lis as well as Rosy. I will always recommend Pinecrest Bakery to anyone that is looking to feel like home!

Due to the serves only speaking Spanish, the communication isn’t very good. The lady with glasses that took my order got visible annoyed because I requested I wanted a mango smoothie and she made a mango milkshake. Making me feel like I said the wrong thing. It took another customer, explaining to her that I wanted a mango smoothie in Spanish. I love the pastries and the smoothies, but I hate how the servers make you feel inadequate when you can’t speak Spanish.
