Service and food was great but the place was filthy. There was food leftovers and trash on the floor including the restroom. The store only had a couple of customers. Tables were dirty. By the time I finish eating my food there was no one cleaning. They need to hire someone specifically for cleaning to keep place to standards.
Last Sunday, I went to this location of Pinecrest Bakery and the lines were confusing, realizing that I needed to take a number. I had a gift card that was given to me and tried to find out how much was in the card. The workers seemed to not know what they are doing, which made it a bit unpleasant as well as having a language barrier (not being able to speak much Spanish) to the workers. Not much help was given and ended up leaving with nothing.
My order was for takeout. The person who took my order was not very clear about the services he could offer us, however I placed the order. Then I wanted to complete my order by adding things over the phone and I was not well attended to, they were not cordial or friendly and they did not know how to give me information correctly. The food was delicious but I think that in service they have a lot to improve!!!
