First time I cut them a break when the pizzas were burned. This time I paid for extra cheese and none to be found, also you can't see the tomato sauce. This owner is a scammer!

Ordered delivery. My order arrived after a long time(late?). delivery guy was nice seemed new and had gotten lost he told me. The seal wasn’t on properly- a bad sign. When i opened the box the food was wrong and damaged. Pizza made incorrectly and the cinnamon sticks had something/damage that I cannot explain. I called to speak about it. There were many technical difficulties on their end - called them at least 7 times - was about to give up. Tried one more time. Got a very nice kind lady. She offered to resending but only had the same driver that was indeed new, given what I felt this didn’t seem like the best option, I asked for some other reimbursement. She gave a refund minus gratuity. I can understand that. I also then showed her the pics. She was very surprised and very apologetic and understanding to this issue but when she asked around no one could figure out how this happened. I asked does this seem safe she wasn’t keen on me eating it nor was I. To the trash it all went. After the refund was placed she said due to the system or something(?) i cannot order delivery anymore and will have to only do pickup. But it seemed even more happened because when I checked my app everything was blocked out. This doesn’t make much sense as I didn’t do anything incorrectly. Looks like i won’t be ordering pizza hut ever again. They seem to not let me delete my account, so i sent a email request- given my experience i can’t i have much expectations. Removed my info and deleted the app. It’s official from my end at least. Well I did have many years of pizza hut. It’s ok though there are other choices now a days. I remember when pizza hut used to be a great treat. oh how times have changed.

I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni side had about 1 to 2 slices of pepperoni per slice, it was so barren it might as well have just been cheese entirely.
The pizza was order was correct but it was not hot when it was picked up

The website said that delivery was not available so I decided to call them. I reached a call center & gave them my order. A short while later the manager at the store called me to let me know there was a power outage and the order had been lost. I appreciated getting the call and not just waiting to find the order would never arrive.

My pizza order was completely wrong. Couldn’t even go back to return the pizza because it was raining excessively. I ordered a pizza half cheese, half sausage, peppers, red onions but I received a completely filled with toppings I did not request.
