Worst service ever! I asked to use the restroom and wasn't allowed. The attendant couldn't find my order and got upset with me, claiming I was in the wrong place and didn't have anything. Overall, a terrible experience.

I just picked up my pizza and noticed that 1 of the 2 women preparing the pizzas had no gloves on. I asked the cashier and she pointed to the manager. When I asked the manager why one of the women preparing the pizzas had no gloves on, she was aggressive and asked me to leave the store. It was a simple question and just needed a simple answer. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I will drive the 3 miles to Steve's instead. Bye.

Gino the Employee who is usually at the Register has really Bad Customer Service skills. It is really hard to to reach Corporate from Pizza Hut yesterday he refused to let me use the bathroom. He said it was out of order then someone else told me there was bleach in the toilet. What ever the case is they need to have a sign of they don’t want customers to use the bathroom. I paid for my food and am a customer. I had several encounters with Gino. So yesterday after ordering I got my food and I believe I was talking to a manager, Telling her about incident and Gino came and actually was laughing in front of me and the other Employee. When you let employees like that lead in Pizza Hut it makes Pizza Hut look bad but it’s a shame people don’t seem to care about Customer Service these days!!!! Wow a couple times I ordered Boneless wings they were dry

Placed an order almost 2 hours ago the automated system says it been delivered but I never recieved it I called earlier the cashier says he running late and still haven't recieved it now they not picking up smh I am glad I didn't pay by card now I see why the windows stay busted out. This location sucks.

This people doesn't wanna work I received a message to pick up when i got there they got the door lock i lost 20 min calling them and showing them my phone wile they acted like i wasent there i just wanned to pick up i got tired and left to papa jhons thanks to god i always pay in cash today i received a call asking me why did i cancel my pizza well here is your answer i never canceled you guys just didn't want to open the door what a bunch of clowns
So today I placed an order for Princess and I was informed my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I decided to go run an errand to give them more time and came 30 minutes instead never received a confirmation email that my order was picked up already. Once I arrive. The girl in the front decided to look lost and acted as though my order was ready, but really went to talk to a manager in the back to inform her that there’s a situation and the situation was my order was given to someone else so now I have to wait an additional 15 minutes of my time For my order to get ready not even a courtesy soda or breadstick was included or even apology. definitely rate them. One star would not come here again the unprofessional and ghetto

I'm done with this location. The last couple of experiences have not been good but against my better judgement I placed an order today. Let me preface this post to say that in my earlier years I worked at pizza hut and dominoes so I know fresh when I see it. I ordered the stuff crust pizza largely due to the recent commercials. I chose pepperoni, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Someone there took a cheese pizza which appeared to have been made hours ago and added the above mentioned toppinhs and attemped to reheat. Just sad. Worst pizza ever!
