So today I placed an order for Princess and I was informed my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I decided to go run an errand to give them more time and came 30 minutes instead never received a confirmation email that my order was picked up already. Once I arrive. The girl in the front decided to look lost and acted as though my order was ready, but really went to talk to a manager in the back to inform her that there’s a situation and the situation was my order was given to someone else so now I have to wait an additional 15 minutes of my time For my order to get ready not even a courtesy soda or breadstick was included or even apology. definitely rate them. One star would not come here again the unprofessional and ghetto

I'm done with this location. The last couple of experiences have not been good but against my better judgement I placed an order today. Let me preface this post to say that in my earlier years I worked at pizza hut and dominoes so I know fresh when I see it. I ordered the stuff crust pizza largely due to the recent commercials. I chose pepperoni, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Someone there took a cheese pizza which appeared to have been made hours ago and added the above mentioned toppinhs and attemped to reheat. Just sad. Worst pizza ever!

I would give this store a zero the customer service beyond suck I place an online order through this store I called they couldn't find my order even when I show proof the night manger was beyond nasty he dont want to help me he told me to call corporate when I ask for the number he told me to google it I am very disappointed

Ordered my pizza at 12:15 tracker said they would be here by 1 didn’t get here till 1:33 (I live close to this Pizza Hut) by their 30 min policy I looked up online it should’ve been free but nope I had to pay. And I was charge extra for the type of pizza I wanted and the pizza was just a regular crust pizza. I tried to call was on hold forever and never got to speak to anyone. This Pizza Hut is awful.
