Worst service ever! I asked to use the restroom and wasn't allowed. The attendant couldn't find my order and got upset with me, claiming I was in the wrong place and didn't have anything. Overall, a terrible experience.

I just picked up my pizza and noticed that 1 of the 2 women preparing the pizzas had no gloves on. I asked the cashier and she pointed to the manager. When I asked the manager why one of the women preparing the pizzas had no gloves on, she was aggressive and asked me to leave the store. It was a simple question and just needed a simple answer. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I will drive the 3 miles to Steve's instead. Bye.

Gino the Employee who is usually at the Register has really Bad Customer Service skills. It is really hard to to reach Corporate from Pizza Hut yesterday he refused to let me use the bathroom. He said it was out of order then someone else told me there was bleach in the toilet. What ever the case is they need to have a sign of they don’t want customers to use the bathroom. I paid for my food and am a customer. I had several encounters with Gino. So yesterday after ordering I got my food and I believe I was talking to a manager, Telling her about incident and Gino came and actually was laughing in front of me and the other Employee. When you let employees like that lead in Pizza Hut it makes Pizza Hut look bad but it’s a shame people don’t seem to care about Customer Service these days!!!! Wow a couple times I ordered Boneless wings they were dry

Placed an order almost 2 hours ago the automated system says it been delivered but I never recieved it I called earlier the cashier says he running late and still haven't recieved it now they not picking up smh I am glad I didn't pay by card now I see why the windows stay busted out. This location sucks.
