This Pizza Hut store makes the most outstanding large super supreme pan pizzas for me. Loaded with toppings and always delivered fast and ready to eat. The people who work here are some of the nicest folks you’ll meet in Miami. Always a pleasure to order pizza here.

The worst service was in this place, the pizza arrived as if it had fallen to the floor, I gave my opinion, the manager called me and told me he was going to give me a loan and he never did, his name is Oscar and it was all a scam, but I never ask for anything. from pizza hut

Absolutely the worst food. The pizza came with NO tomato sauce and had no flavor at all, how do you forget to put sauce on a pizza???. The cajun sp;iced wings were horrible, no flavor, almost burnt and dry not worth the high price

I made my order on here online through the app and as i go to pick it up it's ready to go for me. Okay i thought everything was fine i get back home and when i open the boxes im missing food. I call back to let them know what had happened and if it was possible for me to go back for the missing food. First not a single person in there knew english properly it was to the point i couldn't have a conversation with no one. Second they said they were going to give me "credit towards my next order for $15" i asked how would that work if i paid in cash not by card? He ends up leaving me on hold on the phone for 20 mins.. i decided I didn't want this cold food anymore and i drove back to pizza hut and told the employee that they had got my order wrong. He proceeded to tell me to my face that it was my fault that i made the order and that it's all my fault. Okay i then pulled out my phone pulled up the app and PROCEEDED TO SHOW HIM THE ORDER AND HOW THE PIZZA HUT APP SHOWS THE FOOD PICTURE AND PRICE EXACTLY THERE. i told THE EMPLOYEE NAME HECTOR i wanted my money back since HE WANTS TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER all because HE CAN'T READ ENGLISH OR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH OR TALK ENGLISH. He gave me an attitude even though i continued to show respect to all those there. Giving me nasty looks and attitude. I FEEL LIKE I CAN'T ORDER FOOD HERE NO MORE. I guess it's other pizza franchises for me from now on.
