Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff did not speak English at all and communicated only in Spanish. Even when we spoke clearly in English (there were three of us, all fluent), the responses were still in Spanish or with such a heavy accent that it was impossible to understand. Because of this communication barrier, we did not receive the order we actually wanted. We are in the United States, where English should be the basic language for customer service, and this should be a standard in a place like this.

I ordered 2 identical Big New Yorkers, both with Extra Sauce and even noted in the "Special Instructions" section on each pizza: "TRIPLE EXTRA SAUCE 3X 3X 3X" but both pizzas arrived with nearly NO sauce and what appeared to be a TON of some sort of powdery seasoning almost spilled on the top of the pizzas. They were horrible and NOT edible.

I called today 8/18/24 to place an order for delivery. Someone by the name âFelexâ- thatâs what I understood (with a Hindu accent) placed me on hold. Kept coming back to the line and kept putting me back on hold! after 17 minutes on hold, I just hung up. Very bad customer service! Needless to say, I called another pizza company. Horrible!

I placed an online order received a confirmation number and an estimated 25-35 minutes time of arrival for my food. I called an hour and a half later due too no delivery of food. They canât find my order and when they do find it they say it was cancelled. Very inconvenient and they couldnât tell me why the order was cancelled in the first place.
The personal pan pizzas I ordered were good. Yet the cheesy bread, as you can see from the photo, lacks serious luster. There was barely any cheese, and the butter was tasteless. Let's do better!
