I placed an online order received a confirmation number and an estimated 25-35 minutes time of arrival for my food. I called an hour and a half later due too no delivery of food. They can’t find my order and when they do find it they say it was cancelled. Very inconvenient and they couldn’t tell me why the order was cancelled in the first place.

This place should be shut down. I ordered a delivery meal. Never showed. I called and they said I had ordered curbside side pickup which was not true. The food finally arrived it was horrible...tasted bad and cold. Go to another pizza hut.

BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM$20 for a one large pizza, little to no toppings, little food for the price. You are better off buying frozen pizza and baking it yourself. You'll get more food for the value.

Ordered pizza last night to celebrate the Heat and Panther's win only to have a 3rd win, great pizza. Not usually a big fan of ordering pizza but glad we did yesterday.
I ordered from this place shortly after they opened at this location and wasn't impressed. This weekend, I decided to try it again. I ordered a medium veggie pizza. As you can see in the photo, it was sparsely topped but still tasted ok-it wasn't over or under cooked. The chicken pasta had a 'watery' consistency. I have never seen it look this way before where it was more sauce than pasta. The cheesy bread isn't the traditional long bread. I'm not sure if these items changed officially or what. About 2 months ago, I ordered pizza from a different location, and it wasn't this way. Other members of my house say they have had similar experience at this location. I miss the old pizza hut in country walk ? they had it right. Gave it 2 stars because the pizza was still cooked well, but everything was not up to old fashioned Pizza Hut standards.

Delivery driver didn't follow instructions to just leave order on my bench. He also persisted that I sign receipt when order was already paid! Pizza wasn't made as indicated in the instructions. By far THE WORST experience ever!

They increased their prices, gutted out good deals, and didn't increase their quality or quantity. My pizza was so greasy that it leaked out of the box into my car on the way home. 3/10 would not ride again.
