I was quite disappointed with the pizza I received. The dough was excessively thick, and there was a scarcity of chicken and toppings. Moreover, the amount of cheese on the pizza was also disappointingly low. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and fell far short of my expectations.

If you like your pizza burnt then this Pizza Hut is for u!! Every time I’ve ordered from here the pizza is either stale or over cooked. It’s been over a year but it seems like it hasn’t changed. The pictures are from the NY Style pizza ? there’s nothing NYan about it

Order a Ham and pineapple pizza with cheese in the crust and it was perfect. The page said it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I was there for carryout 20 minutes after and the order was ready. The pizza was perfect and the cashier was nice.

I placed an order online and the delivery was sent to doordash, who never made it to the delivery address. I had to travel to the pizza hut location and place a new order. I was t even compensated for the time lost. I would recommend to advise the customer when this is done.

You should not give an "Estimated Arrival Time" if you are not going to meet it. Also, I tried calling the location and I got disconnected 3 times and then I got a call center and while holding to get transferred back I finally got my order.

I’ve placed two online orders with this store tonight and haven’t gotten one!I called and talked to someone who was unwilling to help and I was never able to resolve the issue nor get a refund.just amazing !

I live three blocks away from the store first time I order pizza from their location pizza was cold hard it smelled like old he was an old pizza never seen or tasted such and then it’s the worst pizza ever seen or eaten I didn’t eat it I threw it away paid $24 delivery and service fee

Called for a delivery, took my name spent 35 minutes on hold. Hung up called back, woman who answered the phone hung up on me, called back a third time, and never was greeted, just hung up on again...not good customer service at all. Can't take an order if you do t talk to the customer. Failure on every level.
