Today at 7:40 pm I considered myself humiliated by the manager of this place today, January 6, 2023, I felt discriminated against, she told me that I had ordered the Special because I couldn't spend more, that is, she looked at me as poor and that's why she served me bad yelling at me
We order a big dinner box from this Pizza Hut... same place we have order the same thing in the past... but this time they didn't had the time to put a top on the pasta... the pasta was everywhere, it was like the driver dropped the pizza a couple of times and ate from the pasta before we receive it. Never again!

lmao all these other reviews are so trash pizza came in 15 minutes quicker than expected and pizza was fresh and hot also lady who delivered so sweet skedaddled away quickly
Wow. Pizza Hut Scamming Customers! Our family always loved Pizza Hut until they started this points scam. They emailed me saying I had more than enough points for free boneless wings. When I tried to redeem my points with my new pizza order the checkout would freeze up and not allow me to order. When I would take the wings out it would accept my order. When I added them back in (using redeem points tab) it would freeze up again. I tried multiple times. And when you call the store they say they don't honor advertised specials unless ordered online. This is a horrible way to treat existing customers. I am now switching over to Papa Johns from now on.

They are very unprofessional they got our order done and I ordered wings , was expecting it when it got delivered and they just didn't have it ... might as well close the whole store. Y'all better get a better A.I that let's online customers know there is no inventory . okuuurrrr

I'd give this 0 stars if i could.I ordered delivery and here's what happened:My confirmed order cost was $20.48 which was sent by email.Delivery guy showed up and insisted the total was $21.98. AND asked for a tip.I had $20.50 in Cash in hand but he insisted the amount was $21.98 and again asked for a tip.I came back with $30 and asked for $5 back.He said “$3? That’s it?”And then he paused, and then said he had no change except for a single $1 bill.The food was basically held hostage and I had no other choice. He was intimidating so I didn’t want to risk refusing the order.So he extorted a $9.50 tip. AFTER I paid a delivery charge.
Thanks for the special for the two medium pizzas with cinnamon rolls.with BBQ chicken with garlic cheese. AWSOME!
