Today, December 1 at 8:46 pm, I received a half Hawaiian pizza and half cheese with poor quality. I ordered bread dough and it came with thin dough, this is the second time this has happened to me when I referred to the person in charge of the shift so that they could make something new, it was not what I had asked for, this lady had bad behavior and unprofessionalism, it was very rude and Very vulgar when responding to me and with poor form, I believe clients deserve respect in every sense....

Your Manager Mariangeles, his treatment leaves a lot to be desired, he is a person with an attitude that is too arrogant and rude in his treatment. Referring to when I sat down with my order, *Why didn't you tell me you were going to eat here* You didn't ask me, I answered Remember something, it is not what is said, but the signature in which it is said. I won't go back there again

WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD IN THIS PIZZERIA. FIRST I HAD TO CALL THE WAITRESS BECAUSE THE TABLE WAS FULL OF GREASE AND DIRTY. THE SODA WAS NOT COLD. WHEN THEY BROUGHT US THE PIZZA IT WAS NOT THE ONE WE HAD ORDERED AND TO TOP OUT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE. THE SUPERVISOR ARRIVED AND THE ONE WHO HAD MADE A WRONG WAS THE CASHIER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. THEY DESERVE NOT EVEN A STAR

Tonight I called after I left work to eat my favorite personal pizza . Tired from work I got here and my pizza was never ordered . The manager instead of doing may be a discount because she never put my order . Just charge me the 8.01 $ . I didn't complain ? but how sad it's to see that she has no guest service . Please train her how guest should be treated . You're not doing me a favor at all . I'm paying full price . All it took from her should have been an apology and said I will give a discount or a piece of bread . No hospitality at all . You need to train your management to be more hospitable . This is not the first time last time a woman that act as a man treated me wrong but I didn't do a review . But this time your team really got me upset

The food quality at this Pizza Hut has really gone down. The pizzas are dry and just taste off. I rather go somewhere eles because it is the second time the food taste weird. Customer service was mediocre, he didn’t give me my soda and I had to turn around. It’s just annoying to pay high prices and not even enjoying the food.
