The Cuban girl who closed on October 11, 2025 was very rude and unprofessional. Had an attitude and when I said thank you she ignored me and walked away. Also threw my receipt when she gave it to me. Please treat your guests better and I won’t be returning thank you for ruining my experience. Also the pizza was mad greasy.

I picked up an order I made over the phone and when I got home the pizza was dry and stale! It must have been sitting there the entire day. When I called they made believe they didn't comprehend what I was saying! Terrible!!!

My husband Placed an order at 9:55 on the app. Called customer service at 10:40 and asked me a million questions to tell me someone would call back. I am still waiting.Called the store and they said they called my husband cell nobody ever called. I confirmed my info very calmly and they said the pizza would be sent. At 11:30 we got the pizza but was wrong! We ordered Hawaiian pizza got cheese and ham pizza! When I called they offered a credit for the next pizza. I won’t be ordering from them any more! Horrible customer service. Love the pizza but is not worth the aggravation. They don’t care.
