Heidy is the worst employee I've ever encountered at a restaurant. Rude. Hung up multiple times. Doesn't speak English and has a nasty way of communicating

I picked up an order I made over the phone and when I got home the pizza was dry and stale! It must have been sitting there the entire day. When I called they made believe they didn't comprehend what I was saying! Terrible!!!

My husband Placed an order at 9:55 on the app. Called customer service at 10:40 and asked me a million questions to tell me someone would call back. I am still waiting.Called the store and they said they called my husband cell nobody ever called. I confirmed my info very calmly and they said the pizza would be sent. At 11:30 we got the pizza but was wrong! We ordered Hawaiian pizza got cheese and ham pizza! When I called they offered a credit for the next pizza. I won’t be ordering from them any more! Horrible customer service. Love the pizza but is not worth the aggravation. They don’t care.

What a horrible experience to go to this place. To begin with, the person who claims to be the supervisor does NOT have the slightest idea of what it means to have EDUCATION. She doesn't respect the client, she is rude, haughty and vulgar, she forgets that she eats and has a job for us. It's a shame they have these types of people in charge, they should be cleaning the bathrooms. Shaming your Cuban land is a shame. They should choose better staff because this is just for the attention, they have to see what La Niña looks like ??

I love their big dinner box…amazing prices and good for family combo. And I always add my bbq beef…must try if you’ve never had it(I get mines with Jalapeños & mushrooms) so yummy!!?
