Pizza Hut needs to be reborn again. Bring back Dinning. I missed the Salad Bar and all you can eat Pizza and Pizza Desert. You used to have the hot sandwiches too. How can you put out a menu without the prices 😕 of each item. I believe Pizza Hut is taking advantage of their customers by not showing prices in their menu.

So i had a small craving for a pizza hut personal pan pizza, which used to cost $5 and change not to long ago; and to my surprise, it cost me $7.50. That is ridiculous when you can order a medium one for a couple more dollars. Too darn expensive and very little toppings on it. Time to shop for pizza at another pizza parlor.
On 12/15/23, I made an order via Uber delivery. I received a cold 14’ meat lovers and some boneless wings that had human hair in it. It was disgusting and I ended up throwing away the wings and reheated the pizza. This is just another example of poor quality control for a product that is overpriced.

I literally get thin and crispy every week from this location and almost every time I have to return it because it comes soggy. I do know that it depends who's at shift. Today I returned the over super burnt pizza and never ordering again. 2 times in 1 day.

I don't know what has happened to this pizza hut, but it's a nightmare lately. My husband and I have been customers for over 15 years and a year, and so our whole opinion has changed. There hasn't been a time when we go pick up or pay for delivery that we don't have to come back cause the order is all wrong. This last time, they forgot to include the two sauces we paid for, even when we specifically told them to include it since they had forgotten before. When we went back to get the sauces they forgot, the server seemed mad because we came back for the paid sauces. When we finally got home again, we realized that they put the wrong pizza sauce ... I can't eat the tomato sauce or any red variety of sauce, so I always ask for the white sauce. So guess what? I couldn't eat the pizza because they put the red sauce, and we were already too tired of coming back to fix the order. Ohhh not to mention that they put a topping I didn't ask for. This might seem small but it's not when the last 10 or more times ago same mistakes have been made and you end up going back and forward, waiting your time, money, energy, Etc and in some cases not even eating the pizza.

It was pizza night. We ordered the Big New Yorker. Super fast and easy to order online for pick up. The pizza was ready, hot and delicious. Great price too.
