I would have rated it 5 had I got the correct order. I know it was Christmas eve and they wanted to go home however that shouldn't stopped them from giving top-tier service and food.

Went here last night to pick up a pizza that I ordered through the app when I got there, the store is closed even though they’re supposed to close 30 minutes after I got there. When I went to the window to ask for my order, I was mocked by the employees. I don’t know why, I was speaking clearly and respectful. Even the manager was laughing. I understand that working late night at a pizza place can be really miserable. I’ve worked food for a long time. But actively going out of your way to mock and disrespect me is something else. The pizza was not good either.

We ordered the food directly over the phone. The pizza crust was soggy. My boyfriend and ate one slice a piece. Also our order was missing bread sticks and marinara sauce. My boyfriend called the store directly and the couldn't give us a refund because we paid cash. So we drove to the restaurant and returned the pizza. Got our bread sticks. Also, we did get credit however we can only use at that restaurant. So this restaurant location was very disappointing.

I ordered food and they charged my card but I never got my food delivered to my house I will never buy from here again I would not recommend it to no one not even a call back nothing super messed up thing to do to someone

Yall do not try the flat pizza unless you want something like dominos. It was good but idk compared to the regular pizza I would choose the regular over the flat any day.

Manager Jason lacked professionalism. I explained my order was not complete. He then offer if I wanted $6, after I paid $17.99. My concern is that after waiting for my order to arrive for a longer than average time, Jason showed little care when delivering my order. Also, missing in my order were 2 orders of wings, 16 total. Jason assumed that I threaten him. He lacked to understand my frustration showing little care. The confirmation order is #87963204.

Don’t come here and order in person. Order online. They will over charge you. Guess this is a franchise store and they want every dollar. Payed for $17.00 for a medium one topping pizza carry out. They don’t have any prices visible and won’t show you the specials. The prices online aren’t honored here.

Requested from uber eats app restaurant failed to confirm with the diver and had my food stolen by a random uber eats driver. There was no way of reporting the driver due to no record of the driver on the app. They refused to replace my order for there employees negligence of conforming the order themselves.
