Terrible, I ordered the Super Supreme Pizza adding cheese crust and some extra cheese on top too, total was $30, wich for a takeout pizza from a fast food place is too much for the quality I received. The pizza crust was cooked but tasted like raw dough. The entire bottom of the pizza was kind of white, it didn't look golden or cooked properly. The cheese crust was missing cheese. And the meat on the pizza had a weird smell like a really too poor meat quality. The vegetables on top were kind of dry. It wasn't a fresh pizza at all and had very little sauce. I will never buy a pizza from Pizza Hut again, much less recommend them. The staff gave me the pizza very kindly and in the indicated time. Idk if that poor quality that I got was a coincidence or is normal thing from them... but I'm not gonna expend my money in there again 😂.

The pizza was very delicious but the cashier did not stop talking on the phone and attended to customers with the phone pressed to her ear. Another observation is that there is no place to eat inside the premises, it is only for pick up

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this establishment. I ordered via the app, the simplest order possible (Large hand tossed pizza without sauce). Upon arrival my order appeared to be correct. However, when I returned back to my destination that was determined inaccurate. The pizza was very thin and hard. In addition, there was cheese in my crust making it stuffed crust which I absolute hate. I sat on hold for approximately 15 minutes waiting for the store to answer their line. The guy who handed me my order picked up the phone. He was unconcerned and lacked any type of sufficient customer service. He was unwilling to have to pizza remade even though this was their error. Also, he didn’t even want to give me store credit for a future order, but said I had to come out of my way back to the store to even be able to get the store credit and hand them this disgusting pizza. I never make negative reviews, but I am completely turned off and this has made me a loyal customer never want to eat from this establishment again and this location needs to be permanently closed expeditiously.

My pizza was delivered fast and hot. Most importantly, my peperoni pizza was very delicious.
We drove all the way back home, and the moment we started eating, we found burnt hair, and it wasn't one hair it was multiple pieces of hair on the pizza. We had to drive all the way back to the store, and when we told them they had an attitude and said they will make another pizza, we had to ask him twice isn't this hair because he didn't want to admit at first and later he did that it is hair. The employees were handling food, and we didn't see any of them wear gloves or hairnet to prevent any hair fall or cross contamination. The employees working at the register are the ones packing up the food and touching the food. While they are doing that, they are touching and scratching their hair while touching all over the counters, register, and phones, without any gloves or hairnets. That is so unsanitary and a basic rule that they should follow while working in the food industry and handling food. They didn't even apologize for all the hair that we found in the food. Even in the end, they didn't even apologize to us, they just handed us the pizza and said here you go as if they have done this multiple times before and they were unfazed by us finding hair in the food.

I just called store to speak to a manager and they just told me there no manager in shift i cant speak to . I try called yesterday nobody answered . I got my pizza all crumble up and pizza missing cheese and topping the cheese bread not enough cheese !
