Cute pick up location with plenty of parking and seating. Their pizza is always great. đ Speedy when picking up. I never had it delivered, but I was there 10 minutes and saw 5 different drivers on a busy Friday night.

The Pizza tasted old and the chicken wings were disgusting, like if they were bought at BJâs with a bad odor, I threw away basically the whole Pizza and chicken wings, it was a waste of money, I got an upset stomach and had to go to bathroom continuously to vomit, like if I had food poisoning, which I rarely have problems with food, I will never buy another Pizza Hut Pizza ever again

The pizza was good but the employees started fighting and shouted that you didn't have a head and it was too late. I understand why they were stressed but there were a lot of people there and they were shouting, no, for God's sake, I'm not going to go to that place again.

I have just had the WORST experience of my life at this location. For reference, my family and I live literally less than a mile away from the store. We order from them frequently and for years as its convenient for us. I had placed an order for FIVE medium pizzas and a double order of breadsticks. The driver delivered only FOUR pizzas with the breadsticks. When I called to try and see what happened, the lady over the phone bluntly said in Spanish, âI sent five pizzas, so look again.â I was absolutely dumbfounded because Iâm staring at the FOUR pizzas on the table as Iâm talking to her. I politely advised that I only have four. She then proceeded to say the worst insult to me, âThis houseâs orders always has problems.â WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!!!! We have NEVER complained to this location and if we did, that last time was YEARS ago. I explained that this had never happened before so I was unsure what she was talking about and then after that she just cut me off, kept talking, and refused to hear me out. Iâm absolutely APPALLED by her behavior because I was very friendly when I called because I know what the industry is like. Itâs not even about the stupid pizza anymore, itâs about being kind to one another. I wouldnât even have minded if she left it at the fact that she couldnât do anything for me. Unfortunately, that was the LAST time I will be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

They did not deliver the Soft Drink that I bought. I have been waiting for 10 minutes for them to answer me on the phone and they only have an answering machine repeating the same thing. It is a very big mistake that one wants to eat the pizza with the soft drink, otherwise why?

They need to make coupons and/or specials readily available when called for an order. Paying full price, over $21, for a so called large (aka medium) pizza is ridiculous.
