I decided to try this place out because of the good reviews, but I was expecting a crispy crust from a woodfired oven. While the outside edges were somewhat crisp, the underside of the pizza was doughy and soft. So soft that I needed to grab a spatula to get a slice out of the box, because otherwise all the toppings would just fall off. Flavor was OK, but a lot of oil on this pie. Even bottom of the box on the outside had oil soak through. Good service and easy online pickup though. Just not very good pizza.

I think the staff is quite inhumane, I need to use the bathroom because I was in the shopping center and they were unable to let me pass unless I consumed it in their establishment. I think it is a quite absurd policy since I don't think anyone is denied a bathroom or a glass of water. person

We hired Reuben for a family birthday party and it was a great experience! Not only was he friendly, but he kept pizzas stocked and ready to enjoy, even as a one man show - at one point, there were 7 different varieties to choose from. He brought tons of ingredients - both savory and sweet.

We would definitely recommend Reuben and Pizzarello to anyone thinking of having a service like this at their party.
