The young man making the balls, had one glove on and was using his hand to scoop the açai and other things out of the blender into the bowls, and then he was also licking his fingers. It was not very sanitary. I did bring it up to them, and I asked the girl at the counter to make my bowl, which she did however, the knife used on my food must not have been clean because the fruit tasted like food. Having to make several comments to the staff before the young man went and washed his hands and changed his gloves, was odd to me, and then when he came out and put his new gloves on, he was putting them on with his mouth the edge of the glove he was like tightening it with his mouth. I probably won’t go back there unless they have a more keen eye for sanitation and cleanliness
