I had such a great experience here! The bowls were super fresh, packed with flavor, and made exactly how I wanted. The store itself is clean, cute, and has a really chill vibe. But what really makes this location stand out is the staff. The employees are so friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole visit feel welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. Definitely my favorite Playa Bowls in Miami!

lady that was working there today cannot work under pressure there was barely any people there and it was people sitting down for ever waiting. i ordered a playa bowl and after 16 min of waiting i had to leave because my uber was going to lesve me after waiting for so long i just left . please get a new hire. waste of 14$!!! didn’t even get my bowl

I came in this morning for a juice, and the young lady preparing my order wasn’t wearing gloves. I politely asked another employee if she could make it instead, and she did so without hesitation. However, the first young lady had an attitude and was very disrespectful about the situation. It was an unpleasant experience, and I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Thank you to the other worker for stepping up.
Service was excellent and my order came out quickly and correct. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
