So his options are leave people waiting to order while he makes bowls or take orders and delay the people who already ordered. There should be 2 people on staff here cause it should take 12 minutes for one smoothie. Ordered 3:22 got it at 3:34.

I am very dissatisfied with this order and would like to request a full refund. I ordered a drink that was supposed to be half passion fruit and half dragon fruit, but there is no passion fruit in it at all.
I have placed several orders from this location and the South Miami Kendall location, and my orders have repeatedly been made incorrectly. On multiple occasions, my order was prepared by an employee named Chowley, who clearly does not follow the order instructions. This current order is supposed to be half passion fruit and half dragon fruit, yet it contains no passion fruit whatsoever.
Additionally, on previous orders I have paid extra for coco whip, and it was not added at all.
This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating, and it is unacceptable to continue paying for items that are not made correctly. I expect a full refund for this order. .
