Very nice place. Had some caramel pastry + a “un cortadito”, was super cheap— ~$4.5 for both coffee and pastry. Definitely would come here again if I ever get the chance. Extremely friendly people.

I have to say something about this bakery. Some friends told me about the place, but I hadn’t been there yet until some days ago. What can I tell you, it’s incredible that there’s such a tasty place with also good prices right now. The pastry are soooo good and well made doesn’t make me feel bad my stomach like others, the sweets aren’t too sweet, the croquettes are homemade 😋, delicious and so many more things to try, they also make pan con lechón and it runs out quickly, and another thing very important to me, they make everything daily, that’s why it’s always fresh. For me it’s a gem in that shopping center, it’s always full. I recommend it, you will like it 👍

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and every time I feel like having bakery food this is the SPOT!! I always put my friends on to it because it’s just that good. The people are friendly, the food is delicious, and it’s honestly has stayed so incredibly affordable. True Cuban establishment!!

I can’t emphasize how much I love Plaza bakery. I grew up in Westchester going to this bakery all the time with my parents. Now that I am older and living in Kendall, I make the drive all the way over there just to be able to have good bakery food. Everything is always fresh, the food tastes, delicious, the ladies behind the counter are always so attentive and sweet. And hands-down to the baker because honestly the best pastries, and Cuban desserts are found here. My favorite Cuban cake is at La Plaza Bakery. Oh and SUPER CHEAP!!! I highly recommend it!!!

I have come to this place several times and I have returned because I like how they prepare my breakfast, but two incidents have happened to me lately. There is a young girl with black hair working there. The first time I asked for my warm coffee with milk and she gave it to me. so hot that I burned myself badly when drinking it, I came back again today and asked her again for my coffee with milk and I told her very clearly and she listened to me that I wanted the coffee with milk neither too cold nor too hot, warm and she gave it to me again It's boiling hot, your inconsideration is already too much and I'm reconsidering having breakfast here again because my money is worth it and to leave the coffee with milk until it cools down, I'd better have it at home or somewhere else
