Always great food. Revisited on a visit to Miami, and its still great. Who would've thought grilled chicken could be so moist and flavorful. Only reason service is a 4, is because I dont speak Spanish, sonics was a bit difficult to place my order. Its worth though.

No pleased at all,after many years hearing about this place I finally tried and it wasn't good at all,the chicken wasn't cooked through,black beans weren't tasty and honestly wasn't worth it.

I came here today to pick up an order, I have been coming to this location all my life, I have always ordered online they ask for my name and hand me the food… today my husband went to ask for our food while I make the line to buy the drink because now you can’t buy drinks online.. The lady tells him she needs to see the confirmation and he didn’t have it, I had it so I was sending him the screen shot while I made the line, the lady turns her back on him. He clearly gets upset because she proceeds to ignore him and goes on to turn her back on him and do whatever she was doing. Someone else ask him if he needs something and he replies upset “no I am waiting for her to see my confirmation, whenever she decides to have time” and this lady proceeds to mumble something… then I am guessing this is the manager comes with a nasty attitude speaking to my husband like if he’s her child, so I get out of the line and call her out defending him. I don’t care who you are, you don’t speak to a customer that way, my husband in no way disrespected that lady, she had no right to butt in and speak to him like that.. if she would have come with manners and whole different approach I wouldn’t be here writing this. she needs to fix that attitude, and her employee also needs to pipe down, you are here to serve the customer. On top of that when we got home they gave us the wrong food. On top of nasty service they also can’t work properly…. Imagine the joy to go back and pick up my food, miss attitude didn’t have an attitude anymore.

The Manger is a pitbull..she treats everyone like hot Garbage...dont even try telling here she got the order wrong. Tried to Charge me extra for something that was missing in my order. Nasty Customer service and long waits. Poor Quality Control.

They don't have good costumer service and they don't have takeaway sauces either. We asked the person who was going to change the breast for thigh and the person who was cutting the chicken said we are fed up with the breast and with a bad attitude the super acidic lemonade is undrinkable.
