Drive thru order, they're speeding up things doing the Chick-fil-A order ahead with a person instead of talking to a machine. Food has always been good, not fantastic but enjoyable. Convenience was my motive this time.

Just another Pollo Tropical restaurant. Still the chicken is really good, the yuquitas are good, also the black beans and white rice, as well as the yellow curry sauce. I did drive thru and apparently the lady taking the order was in a rush or sounded like it; even though I did not have a car behind me.

For a fast food restaurant is usually decent. But they seem to make mistakes every time I do the drive thru. And their answer is that they are very “swamp” but then why do I have to pay full price for something I didn’t want or I didn’t receive because they were so busy that they forgot to add it in the bag. Just frustrating.

Since I can't review on the Uber app I'll review it here. I just got my order and it was 1 item and the corn had tomato on it. I've ordered the corn before and it never had onions and tomatoes. But the worst part was my missing grilled chicken breast. I called the store and the lady refused to send me the item or refund me my money. Never ordering from the location again I'll go the one further west
Had an amazing experience at Pollo Tropical last night! We arrived pretty late, expecting things to be winding down, but the manager fidelina greeted us with a smile and top-tier hospitality. Even that late, the food was fresh and flavorful—no corners cut. The place was spotless, and the music created such a chill and enjoyable mood. Really impressive service and quality for that time of night. Highly recommend!

We arrived at Pollo Tropical around 11 PM, not expecting much since it was so late—but we were pleasantly surprised! The manager Fidelina greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome, which really stood out. Despite the late hour, the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—like it had just been made to order. The atmosphere was also amazing: the music playing in the background was beautiful and created such a relaxing vibe. On top of that, the entire restaurant was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic late-night visit and will definitely be coming back!
