Had an amazing experience at Pollo Tropical last night! We arrived pretty late, expecting things to be winding down, but the manager fidelina greeted us with a smile and top-tier hospitality. Even that late, the food was fresh and flavorful—no corners cut. The place was spotless, and the music created such a chill and enjoyable mood. Really impressive service and quality for that time of night. Highly recommend!

We arrived at Pollo Tropical around 11 PM, not expecting much since it was so late—but we were pleasantly surprised! The manager Fidelina greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome, which really stood out. Despite the late hour, the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—like it had just been made to order. The atmosphere was also amazing: the music playing in the background was beautiful and created such a relaxing vibe. On top of that, the entire restaurant was spotless, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic late-night visit and will definitely be coming back!

The flies in this restaurant are the only negative. Without them it would be a 5 star place. A fly killer is inexpensive. They should get one. The food was delicious!!!!!!

The best part about coming to this Pollo Tropical in the afternoon is the drive-thru experience—especially when Liliam is there to greet me with a smile. Her positive attitude always brightens my day, even though she’s working under the sun. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. She’s an outstanding employee, and we definitely need more like her!

Absolutely 5 stars! I recently visited Pollo Tropical and ordered the chicken quesadilla wrap, but unfortunately, they were out of my favorite POYO POYO sauce. No big deal though, because the manager noticed my dog and, as a kind gesture, gave us a free chicken breast for him. I have to say, that chicken breast was perfection! We shared it, and wow, it was hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. It was juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The manager’s thoughtful action truly made my day, and the chicken was simply divine. Let me shake that cooks hand haha, I’ll definitely be back!
This location is a hit-or-miss, you can come in the daytime and receive fresh food and it will be all fine then sometimes they wont get your specifications right an miss sides or condiments, but when you come at nighttime, it's chaos, horrible. The teenage crews attitude, service and food is not up to par. They need to hire better and keep up with what's going on at night.
