I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical. The food was flavorful and freshly cooked, especially the grilled chicken and sides. The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a good spot for a quick meal that still tastes fresh, and I’d definitely eat here again.

TERRIBLE POLLO TROPICAL. Every single time I order from this pollo tropical it’s the same thing I never get exactly what I order they always miss something, they don’t give me the bread, they don’t give me the sauces I ask for. I've always had great customer service here, but tonight was a letdown. The drive-thru lady seemed unsure of herself. As a regular customer, I was surprised when the girl with long black hair was unhelpful, claiming they were out of food. I managed to get the last crispy chicken over rice and asked for sauce, which she gave me reluctantly. In my experience, the young guy who usually works here is way more helpful.

I did an online order directly through this Pollo Tropical store and they did not give me one of the kids meals I ordered, no plantains, no yucca, and absolutely ZERO sauce for any of my food. This was about $15 of food I did not receive. (Order #927524). On top of that, there is no actual # to call. The number listed on the website and the order receipt is an automated number where you get directed to download their app and register to their loyalty program. But no actual person to talk to about the missing food. Absolutely horrible service and dry food with no sauce.

UPDATE: I already reached out Pollo Tropical's customer service before this generic response below. Just so everyone is warned, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK if there is an issue with your order. Instead, Pollo Tropical will credit the money to you in their rewards program so you have to go to the store again and purchase food. Which, seeing as I do not typically live near one of their stores, is double insult to injury.

Terrible Family Meal for $20.99. Burnt and tiny chicken, this things should be weighted before giving to customers, didn’t add bread, didn’t ask or gave me any salsas.

Portions are inconsistent, order a large deluxe, get one cup of chicken and someone else orders a small regular chop chop and gets two cups. Also, always out of something. Today Piita but they still charge full price and don't offer substitute.

Ordered online through your website directly. Both of my drinks were forgotten and when I called, I was told I could only receive a refund by joining your loyalty program which is ridiculous. Why would I want to be loyal to a franchise that can’t get basic food delivery correct? Horrible service!!

It’s not the first time that a have to wait like 30 min for an order that I did in the app and I went to picked up , I told Daisy my name and she didn’t even try to give my food , she pass by million of times , then she ask me if I don’t have my order , super disrespectful.
