Ordered two Roast Pork combos with white rice and black beans. The two identical meals couldn't look any more different from each other. You would expect two identical meals but not tonight. One meal had nice portion of pork and sufficient amount of beans. The second meal was 80% fat and I mean Fat one huge chunk of fat barely any pork. The beans were all juice with very very very little beans. If two identical meals are ordered they should both look the same. If I lived closer I would've without hesitation returned both meals. Someone behind the counter isn't paying attention to detail or just doesn't care. SHAME on your employees for doing this. I will think very very hard about ever returning to this store.......

They screwed my parents over. They ordered a whole chicken white meat and charged them 2 dollars but did not receive it. They got 2 little chicken wings. The fried yuca was half baked and was disgusting. My dad was holding me back to drive there and redo this order.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

I had a terrible experience at Pollo Tropical. The worker named Hudmayah was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She was unprofessional and made the whole visit unpleasant. I won’t be coming back because of how poorly I was treated.

I went thru the drive thru and got a half chicken meal. The chicken was very dry. The atmosphere inside is always better I feel that you get better food when you dine in and they give the drive thru people the crappy food . So always check your food before you leave the drive thru.

The white rice and black beans complemented the meal perfectly. I also have a young child who loves the food from this place, and since my work is nearby, it’s a spot I visit often. In the past, I wrote a negative review due to a bad experience, but now I can confidently say that the quality has improved significantly. I’ll definitely be returning and recommend it to everyone!”
