Unfortunately, this location has worsened over time. The staff is generally friendly, fast service but the food quality has continued to decline. I used to enjoy the tropi-chops with rice and beans, but they started causing stomach issues, like I see now people have found aswell. forcing me to opt for the grill chicken wrap. Until March 15, 2023, when I was completely disgusted and disappointed to find a bug on the wrap. I often go drive tru and when I went inside the establishment was dirty and while exiting it seems a tile was broken under the door rug. The establishment was recently fumigated and notice the buns stacked stored on a shelf just like about 3 inches above the floor. I am only posting my review for awareness if you are immunocompromised to be careful.

This is the first restaurant where I got attitude because I asked to look at an actual menu before ordering food. (They have a kid taking orders at the drive through.)

I just wanted to leave a review to say “Kevin” that works on night shifts is amazing! He is Super sweet and gives and excellent service!!! The lady in the front also on the night shift has such a bad actitud and is super rude to her coworkers!

They’re out of chicken and have a guy outside that waits until you’re stuck in the drive thru to tell you they don’t have any chicken, seriously who runs this place? Manager should be fired
WAAAAAYYYY too much salt in the two 1/2 chicken ordered yesterday. Uneatable! It went in the garbage!

Food is good, but I was feeling ill and I wanted chicken soup, the soup had almost no chicken, basically stock and yuca, not much flavor either, very little chicken, it used to be good, not anymore.

New girl in the register that doesn't know too much, hold the line several times because she was not fully trained to take orders...manager resolved the issue immediately
