i ordered a chicken tropichop. from the drivethru. when i got home there was a piece of pork with my chicken. i returned it for a quarter chicken rice and beans. i get home and my chicken is burned, horrible disgusting experience.

I use to enjoy Pollo tropical for years. The servings are too small now. We ordered regular tropichops, but it feels like a kids portion. Also, how do you charge the same price for a vegetarian tropichop as with chicken, but then just remove the chicken and not add anything else (i.e , extra rice, veggies, beans, etc) - drop the price or substitute the meat.

My wife and I ordered 2 tropichop, 1 classic and 1 crispy To take out. When we arrived home and sit down to have lunch we realized my wife's classic lack all chicken, just rice, beans, tomatoes, corn and onions which by the way she asked not to include it on her plate. This is the result of a coworker talking to the service lady when preparing the menu ordered. Next time I will be sure to check what it is handed to me .

This is fast food, that is know for grilled chicken. The chicken did have good flavor and is cooked on a open grill. I had a side of French fries that were ok very small portion. You get different flavored sauces to pick from to add to your chicken. Not worth the money for what you get. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This place to get a refund back is a mission all she said is a gift card or through their app a credit I told her no finally she said get a refund in five days which I donât believe! I will never order anything from here again!!

As always pollo is my go to place for lunch. There is something on that menu for you. They have awesome choices and I know you will find your favorite too. The fried chicken all the way is my way .....whats yours ???!!!
I didn't realize the cost was double than what I ordered. Whoever took my order didn't speak English well and added stuff that I didn't order. I paid w my ATM and didn't realize total until I got home and saw receipt. I advise everyone to check their order B4 paying. Anyway the food was fresh and delicious. Gave the extra meal to my neighbor cause overnight PT doesn't taste good.

It was late. I used the drive through expecting mechanical like service and the usual detached atmosphere I have found at other drive throughs. Instead I was pleasantly surprised when the crew, was just thoughtful and kind suggesting variations to the menu seemingly to make the experience more satisfying. Well whatever the motive itâs certainly a whole lot better than having your food shoved through a window which gets slammed shut as if to say âyou got your order, now go.â Instead there were people with conversation with personalities that didnât ignore the customer. And it was 10 min to closing. Wonderful, refreshing experience. Will keep on using this branch.
