Do food here is good however the service is so bad expect to be treated horrible specially when you’re at the window they have a young Cuban girl that has zero customer service skills and makes me never want to come back here again

They gave me the wrong order Today 10/19/24 Went back and they gave me wrong order again. On top of that the tropic shop it only had 5 little pieces of chicken!!! the rest is rice and very little beans. I basically paid for rice. This is robbery!!!! will no buy again!!!

i usually go for the cuban sandwich which is really good but they never have pickles and the bread is oftentimes toasted for too long, so it ends up being hard. other than that, the sandwich is still good, just gotta address not having pickles and not over toasting the bread

The food will always taste as expected for a fast food restaurant. However, the service, in specific an employee named Karen is HORRID. You can try to speak to her to pick up an order she will turn her face the other way, another employee that was taking orders had to come ask me which was my order. My mobile order was made at 7:48 pm, shouldve been ready by 7:58pm, i arrived at the store at 8:05 n my ticket hadnt even been looked at, meanwhile the store was completely empty. And finally something as simple as a quesadilla wrap couldnt even be done properly, my 4 year old cousin can wrap a quesadilla better. Honestly, if you want to have an employee like this , then dont make her the front line employee that must communicate with customer put her in the back.
