The WORST service, they DID NOT have chicken ready, you had to wait 30 minutes for the drive thru :( what ?????? The 2 cars in front had to wait and we were stuck in the middle without being able to get out wasting TIME ???? one Stupid ?

Pollo Tropical I think has the best grilled chicken in Miami. I always get the same 1/2 chicken and black beans and rice.

You don’t get what you order on Drive Thru they deliverately give you food you never order to avoid waste on their side.CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER AT THE WINDOW BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF IF YOU WANT TO AVOID AN ISSUE. Managers at this locatis are normally RUDE and they rollover eyes and they don’t wear name tags obviously for a reason!!Think twice before you go to this location and double check your order before you leave this BAD restaurant

Experience was bad, personel too rude. Local really dirty, tables and floor full of food and utensils, no napkins in the dispenser. Yuca more coccion needed. My last visit to this location. ?

Two months ago October 2023 I had the best chicken soup, so today I asked my son to get one. Semi hard pcs, sweet plantain in the soup was hard as any vegetables in the soup. Don't waste time & money specially if you're feeling poorly. Too bad because they are super close to my home.

Customer service was horrible ladies were rude. Floors sticky and slippery and we asked them to clean it we sat there and ate it never got cleaned up . Food items missing and when I went back to ask for them cashier looked at and walked away cause her friend came in the restaurant to hand her a vape pen then she proceeded to go outside. Bathrooms were completely trashed . Completely unacceptable!!!!!
